I take full responsibilty for being unsatisified with the service I received. I asked the man if he was a wash and fold service (my washing machine had broken down and I let my laundry get off the hook) and he told me yes. I asked how much about $1.25 a pound , he told me "No 3.00 dollars". I thought that was really expensive but I was desperate so I agreed. When I picked up my laundry they had my clothes stuffed in a bag , and none of my button up shirts were on hangers as I had asked prior to leaving the day I dropped them off. The way they folded my clothes was a joke. Every article of clothing in that bag had to be ironed. It was obvious they didnt take the time to fold them up nicely, they just rolled them up and put them in the bag. You would think for the $78.00 dollars I paid they would have been a bit more attentive to details. But like I said my fault I should have looked around more. But for my $78.00 dollars they did a shity job folding and hanging my clothes. Never saw a wash and fold shove the clients garments in an oversized bag. Bad experience!!

I come here all the time. For custom tailoring and dry cleaning. Prices are very fair, but what stands out the most is just the small family service you receive which is unparalleled to any other. I needed to get a jacket extensively tailored in three days for an event. They did it in two days with no problems. No other tailor would get something done like that so quickly. I highly reccomend Gateway Cleaners!!

Shaved the piling off my two expensive cashmere sweaters that I left to be cleaned and now they both have holes all over them. This is exactly why you dont do that with sweaters and they of all people should know better. So disappointing.
