In honor of what they did for us I give Apollo Moving 4.5 Stars. They have helped us move twice. Once from Dana Point to a Public Storage located in San Juan Capistrano, about 10 minutes distance from our Dana Point location. We hired a crew of 2 plus a 26 footer truck. Our house had around 1900 SQF, 3 bedrooms plus a lot of baloney, that for one reason or the other, we been hauling for years. They arrived promptly at the arranged hour and took them around 4 hours to empty the house, and drop everything in the deposit. I thought they worked their butts off and did not play any games. One of the movers was of average physique, but the other was a very powerful Samoan, with a diligent and respectful attitude. Once I knew they were on the up and up, no hanky panky and delaying tactics, I felt the need to add an extra something for these two very hard working lads. Total came out to about $260. The sheer strength of the big mover was something to watch, not once did they stop to linger about, constantly working until the job is done. Second time the move was from the deposit mentioned above to our house in Temecula, about 50+ miles? This time I was charged double for driving time, which I knew it would happen and had agreed to beforehand. The two movers arrived on time and this time they did not look as impressive as the Samoan, but one can never tell until the moment of truth is at hand. Turns out that the driver and leader of the team, was a cousin of the Samoan, and his companion of Mexican descent. They both worked very good. Should point out that we had the largest unit possible at the Public Storage, and that we had added more stuff (I personally started getting tired of watching all the stuff we had, is not like everything was top notch), so the amount inside was even bigger than what the first team had to deal with. In the end they were able to fit most of it, around 95%? in about 2 Hours or so. They packed the 26 footer to the brim. The drive to Temecula took about an hour so I payed for 2. To unload the truck took another 2 hours plus, and in the end I had to admit that these two guys were as hard working as the first team had been, and once again they got a little extra. The total for the job was around $560+. At no time I felt they were being lazy, on the contrary, nothing but respect for these guys. So as fair is fair, and a good performance must be noted, I am writing this review about 20 days after the fact. Mr. Fred Cook and family dealt me a straight hand, with no secret agenda. They delivered as promised, and like the reviewers that give them high praises, I also must include my family on the list of the grateful ones for a fine job. 4.5 Stars!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! Two days ago, My bf hired them to move my things from a storage unit in Irvine down to San Diego. The two guys that were doing the driving/moving were Armando and Isaac. I am now missing a box of jewelry (expensive jewelry that i inherited from my mother) and a number of name brand purses (louis vuitton, michael kors, coach, etc.) I had other purses in the bin, but it looks like they only took the ones that had a popular/expensive brand name to it. My boxes/bins were labeled, so it looks like they knew what to take. I am filing a police report and will do whatever it takes to get my property back and make sure legal action is taken against this company. I have moved a few times before this and have never had my things stolen or missing. I am still sorting through all the bins and making note of everything that is gone. Apollo movers will not get away with this. Again, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

Hi there! I requested a quote online. I received a call from them and when I said Im at work and about to go into a meeting, could we accomplish anything in 15 minutes, i was hung up on. I called back and said I work in customer service with students every day. That was not acceptable and they lost a customer because of that. Another female said yep ok, Ill update the system and hung up on me. I really dont think thats the way you handle potential clients. I dont know how you got a 4 star rating with that attitude. Please people, do your research. If they dont care about you, they wont care about your belongings. I will pay more for better service every day over a cheap price and poor service. Unacceptable.

Run from this company. They call you and ask you what other companies are charging you. They give you a really good quote and guarantee that it wont be changed. They charge you a $700 deposit that you can get back 8 days before your move, or at least that is what they tell you. They call you seven days before your move and then ask you if anything has been added or taken away from your move. That so called guarantee that they promise on a stack of bibles will never change, suddenly goes up and up and up. This is a switch and bait company. Stay away from them.

I found Apollo Moving using Google Search and their sponsored ad. Best decision and what a great find! Two movers arrived early with their large truck to move us from north OC to south OC. Very professional, considerate, and efficient. I did not know about the double time while driving policy ahead of time, but they did not dawdle and got there as quickly as they could with traffic and a moving truck. I would definitely recommend Apollo Moving to anyone moving in OC!

Two gentlemen from Apollo Moving came this morning (6-7-13) to transfer a dining room table, 8 chairs, and large china cabinet (with glass panelled doors and shelves) from one house to another. They were great... arrived early, professional, knowledgeable, polite, obviously knew exactly what they needed to do. We will definitely use them next time we need service.

We just used Apollo Moving to relocate our office from Irvine to Tustin. I was so pleased with the service. The guys were very professional and basically organized us. They move the heavy furniture with no problem and were just so happy the whole day. THings could not havegone any smoother, I highly recommend this company...they are amazing!

This was the most efficient and best move Ive ever had (and Ive moved a bunch of times.) The crew was experienced, polite and best of all, FAST. My furniture was shrink wrapped and padded with blankets and I had absolutely no damage. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call them when I have to move again.

Had our stuff from storage dropped off and when we opened up the boxes, our stuff was covered in rat poop. Horrible job or loading the truck when they picked up our stuff, and they over charged me...a lot. Never using this company again.

I have used them 3 times personally and also referred them to friends. I have had zero problems and neither has anyone I have referred them too... The quote was accurate, the workers are quick and careful, and the pricing is great.
