My experience with the guys who actually do the work was positive although they broke my standing tower fan AND left my step stool on the truck. Jaime is a horrible businessman, very rude and unprofessional. Once he is paid you are no longer important as a customer. On Tuesday 1/31 he told me the guys would come by and drop off my ladder. We agreed they could leave it in the backyard. When I returned home it was not there. When I called he gave me some story about him going to pick it up because the guys got busy and he had four different "ladders", mind you mine is a step stool, the difference should be obvious to a four year old. Anyway, more BS why he couldnt bring it by and couldnt bring it on Wednesday but he agreed to bring it tom my job at 3:30 on Thursday. No phone call or anything to let me know what was happening. When I called he was rude as could be, blah, blah blah, more BS. Heres a few comments: "Im not gonna work around your schedule", "You didnt answer when I called on Tuesday". Basically an irresponsible, unprofessional person who thinks he can offer $20 for my property to get rid of me now that hes been paid. Ill NEVER refer anyone to this company AND will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Buyer beware.

When I called them, they told me the cost is only $95/hr for two guys to come and move my stuff including wrapping, tape and everything. When they arrived and started working everything was cool and as promised, but at the end they wanted to charge me for 5hrs even though they worked for only 3 hrs 45 mins!! When I asked them why, the said its because I have to pay for their "one hour drive" to their location! Even though their base is in Glendale and we were in Porter Ranch (about 20-30 mins drive). And when I asked about the 15 mins the guys like "uh, I thought it was 4 hrs." Worst customer service ever! Never try them!

I am very pleased with this company. I am a student and other companies I contacted to help me move some furniture gave me quotes of outrageous prices. JC Moving gave me a great price, and worked quickly. I would definitely use them again.
