Scott was really great to work with. He painted the exterior of our house. He always called back right away and there was no problem when we needed to reschedule a few times. He was on time, professional, friendly, and when unforeseen problems arose he was fair, informative and helped us solve the problems without costing us an arm and a leg! He also helped us choose a color and luckily we were able to get free paint samples because we had trouble deciding on a final color; it would have cost us quite a bit to buy all the paint samples we used. Once he started the job, the crew was here every day until it was done-even over the weekend! The house looks great! I would like to share more specific information about the extra attention he gave us. 1) When the house was painted we really didnt like the color. We wanted gray but it looked really blue! I texted him in a panic at 10pm. He called me back and we talked for an hour and solved the problem so the crew could get back to work the next morning. (We had to pick a new color and he only charged us for labor.) It could have been a very EXPENSIVE problem and instead we worked it out without breaking the bank. 2) We had termite damage and Scott had us replace wood in 6 different places for a VERY reasonable price! It saved time and money. We didnt have to stop the job to have an outside company do it! 3) His recommendations about what kind of paint, the accent colors, etc made the house look great. He helped us answer questions that you dont think about until you paint your house- like what color do you want the eaves? . . . . We are very happy with our new house! It looks great and I am so glad we used CertaPro!

CertaPro painted the exterior of our home in 2014, and they did such a good job, we hired them this year to paint the interior of our home. The job done in 2014 was the best bid and turned out beautifully, so we didnt bother getting multiple bids on our recent interior work, just went with Scott at CertaPro Yorba Linda. The painting, along with multiple home upgrades were recently completed. We are happy with the appearance, and anticipate the same long-term high quality that we experienced with our exterior painting. Additional note of appreciation to Scott who went above and beyond the scope of his responsibilities to ensure our satisfaction both during and after the projects were completed.

I had a great experience with CertaPro when they painted the inside of our house. We were worried because my husband can be kinda picky and we have several areas with high, hard to reach areas, but they did a great job! Scott, our salesperson was professional, courteous, on-time and most importantly followed through on the promises he made us. Paint looks great and made our house look brand new. I would definitely recommend anyone using CertaPro for any painting they needed done.

We had painted some rooms in our condo ourselves but moved on to other projects and needed help finishing the job with the kitchen, dining room and living room left to do. There was a little problem right at the end of the project. When I called James to voice my concerns he came right over and agreed. The next day the team was over early and finished the job to my standards and CertaPro’s. They did a great job and I can highly recommend I even told them to keep their sign in my front yard for 2 weeks. Very poor customer service. We had our business building painted 10 days ago. Lot of places needed repaint or touch-ups. We paid 90% of the invoice & held back 10% to be paid after touch-ups. Left several messages on voice mail & sent couple of emails. No reply from owner or assistant. Would not recommend to anybody.

The work they do is really good the painting is precicse, exact and perfect! The best part of it all is the attention to detail and speed in start to finish. Scott came over on Tuesday and we had our house looking tight in a few days. They did exterior work like overhangs and eave replacement. Man Im happy,thanks!
