Without being told, I could have guessed that Pat was a USC grad. His professionalism is unsurpassed. Ive been dealing with a lot of contractors. No one has had the attitude, commitment, and confidence in their crew to deliver the utmost quality than Pat Wade does. Most contractors are concerned with collecting a $$$$ check from you. Pat does not collect one penny until you are satisfied with the job. Not even a deposit! His crew is so organized and methodical about how they proceed as well as efficient. They are the cleanest crew. They will not leave any of their trash behind either. Ive had idiot workers from other contractors dump the smelliest food garbage and fill up my trash and recycle bins full of their trash or materials they should have taken away. Pats crew does not show up in street clothes either. Your neighbors will see their Certapro shirts and Certapro van. Makes your neighbors think you hired the Top Guns of painting. This is the second time we have used CertaPro for interior painting of a couple of rooms and a hallway. Excellent job! The finish is even and professional, including in several challenging areas where there had been previous re-wiring in the walls or water damage. CertaPro keeps at it until its right! The clean-up was spotless as well. I will continue to use CertaPro for all our painting needs.

the job was done expediently and the basic painting was fine. however, they were careless in terms of covering furniture and sat paint cans directly on a new wood floor. there were regular clean ups required. they cleaned brushes in a bathroom sink and didnt bother to clean up the mess. if its a very basic job, theyre probably ok. anything more than that and id be cautious.

We have used CertaPro for two separate jobs. Initially to paint the exterior of our house and secondly to paint the walls and ceiling of the living room. In both instances, their comparative prices were well within range and in some cases better than others. The quality of the sales, office staff and work crews were excellent and easy to work with.
