Any business can sell a product the customers know and like but if you dont have a great customer service, you will loose your customers. I had the worst customer service phone conversation at this location. What kind of "Manager" speaks to customers rudely and hangs up on them. I asked to speak with an upper management since my customer issues were not being resolved and this employee saids hes the only manager and also hungs up? To make matters worse he calls back leaves a rude voice mail and ends with, your account is closed..??

If you miss the movie rental stores like I do then you will be happy to know that there are still some left. One of them is located in Anaheim called Movie Town. They have a nice selection of first run movies as well as older films and even some TV shows. Prices are very good. Blu-Ray overnight rentals are $2.50 and standard discs are even cheaper. If you are looking for an alternative to Red Box, then I can recommend you stop in and check out Movie Town. On the corner of Brookhurst and Orange next to Stater Bros. in Anaheim.

Mannerly employees... some are exceptionally nice considering this area of Anaheim. Lots of inventory and prices are in line with current market. I wish they would have a cross check system so that I could find my next rentals easier. Whole family uses Movie Town Video Rentals and no complaints from any of us.

Was looking for a while where would be a great place to rent videos, until I found this spot. Will not even consider any place else. Nothing beats an ole fashion movie rental and movie night with the family.

What an amazing place, didnt rent any movies because Im not from around here, really just went in because its so rare to see a movie rental place. And the workers there are extremely friendly.

The pricing might be high, especially on movies for sale. But I love this place and the staff are super cool!! Im glad they still have video stores like this place.

Very knowledgeable staff. It does have am adult movie section in the back . so I keep my kids at the front of the store at all times.
