If you are looking for a real estate broker, look no further! Sam and his agents at Remax Prestige are top notch, and by far were the difference maker for our family when it came to purchasing our first home. We were very impressed by a few basic qualities that unfortunately are missing in many professional relationships these days: 1) Knowledge: Sam and his agents had the knowledge and ability to educate my wife and I on the home buying process. They helped us understand what to expect step by step BEFORE it happened. This was extremely important, as the house we purchased was a "Short Sale" with many hoops and hurdles along the way. We felt like we were a step ahead of the process the entire way. 2) Consistency: This is the most important quality that I look for when doing business with anyone. From day one, everyone at Remax Prestige were extremely organized, detailed, and communicated efficiently. They had a system set up for regular updates during the process in order to maximize our time together. We appreciated this very much, as it took off a lot of stress on our end during the home buying process. 3) Negotiation: When it came down to the purchase of our first home, We were surprised to have such a "Shark" in our corner. To say that our broker was looking out for our needs is an understatement. In the end, through consistent and persistent negotiating, Remax Prestige saved our family thousands of dollars, that in our opinion other brokers would not have even touched. THANK YOU! I am writing this review to express our sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience we received from ReMax Prestige in Anaheim Hills. We contacted ReMax Prestige and expressed our desire to purchase a rental property for one of our children. They immediately wanted to clearly understand our needs to accomplish our goal. They advised us of the market conditions of a very low inventory of available houses and an over abundance of buyers. With this in mind, they developed a strategy and implemented a very focused plan so that an offer we made on a second property was accepted. The personal touch by ReMax including a letter communicating grandparents wanting to purchase the home for their son and his young family really made the difference. The selling price for the property was much lower than the listing price and a fair amount lower than our initial offer. We also closed escrow in less than 30 days. Thank you ReMax Prestige for helping us purchase an investment property and placing our son, daughter-in-law, and grandsons in a home located in a very nice safe neighborhood with very good schools. The decision to Short Sell our first home was stressfull and difficult. Compounding the problem was the fact that we had 3 seperate mortgages and multiple agencies said they wouldnt touch a short sale with a 3rd lein holder. We were told by multiple professionals that foreclosure was the only option. Through the good fortune of networking, I was direcected to Re/Max Prestige and the rest is "history" as they say. Re/Max was honest and straightforward from the begining. They never guaranteed a certain outcome but felt confident in their ability to get something done. Aside from the typical submitting paperwork and information, we had little to no work required from us. My wife and I had zero contact with the banks. Re/Max Prestige handled everything from start to finish and kept us in the loop the entire way. Needless to say, Re/Max successfully negotiated a very tough 3 lein holder mortgage and I was able to settle almost 400k in negative equity with absolutely no cost to me. Its been a great experance of working with Sammer Mudawar to find a home .Sam as I call him has always been perfesional. He dose not try to push you into just any place. Sam takes his time with a client to help find what you want. Sam is alway quick to respond via E-Mail or a phone call.Sam will just call out of the blue to check in to make sure all is well.
