Newport-Properties was referred to me as a professional Real Estate Brokerage. I was interested in income producing property, and after their initial discussion with me explaining what I was looking for and my finances, they started the search for properties that were a match. We viewed and put in offers on some properties this summer. During this time, I found Newport-Properties to be very knowledgeable in a wide gamut of real estate nuance and protocol. Ernie Caponeras (Owner/Broker of Newport-Properties) negotiation skills paid off during offers and counter-offers on what would end up being the property I took possession of in July of 2012. But his service did not end there, as a new multi-unit property owner, Ernie has gone to extreme efforts in providing hands-on guidance in the difficult initial transfer of ownership, which also impacts the homes of the four families that live there. I will certainly be using Ernie to find a new home for myself, as well as my next investment property. I know that he works with his clients best interests in mind at all times!! Footnote: 7 months later, Ernie is still providing invaluable help through consultation and guidance in every aspect of my new role as a property owner. This is a long overdue review for Michael. Michael showed up on my door step one evening and me deal of a lifetime. I had my for rent sign out here in old CDM, the flowered streets, not the village. Gad I dislike that term. Anyway, Michael made me sweet deal to show my apt. That man is a hard worker, quite personal, and very user friendly. He found the perfect tenets for the property. They like the old CDM style look of crown, high base, wider casings. I dont even know that they are home. If you choose Michael to show, or find you an apartment, house, even buy you are in good hands. With his knowledge of real estate, and law one can not go wrong.
