I have rental through property management companies several times in the past, but 7 Gables is BY FAR the worst of them all. The communication with our "representative" Jane Lewis is non-existent. We have so many issues including a broken AC for several months but they do not respond or give me the run around. When they immediately raised our rent after taking over, they sure did communicate well then. Money hungry and can give 2 s**ts about their renters. I have lived in the same property for 5 years and have NEVER missed a rental payment. I hope management reads these reviews and makes necessary changes to make this company better.

Extremely unprofessional organization. Call on Wednesday to get more information regarding the application forwarded to us. Leave a message. No response. Call again on Saturday to inquire again. No response. Finally google the real estate office and call direct on Saturday. The receptionist finds out for us the property we called about leased the night before, Friday night. We were told this deal was in the making from Wednesday. A simple phone call on Wednesday to let us know that information would have be helpful and appreciated so we could continue on search instead of left on hold.

Ethan Lanagan was a great agent, he secured our first home purchase with multiple offers! There were a few bumps in the road as usual but he always remained calm and we closed escrow earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend working with Ethan, he gets the job done. Worst place to rent through or work with. Horrible agent Jane Lewis!!! does not communicate or help. Never picks up phone and we are supposed to renting a place through her..the place and her service can go to hell!! dont use if you have a choice..
