Truly no integrity. Neither Adrian nor Danny can be trusted. Be aware of these people. They are not there for your best interest. I trusted them with selling my house and they convinced me to sell it below market value. They told me the house is not worth as much so I dropped my price, lucky me not as low as my agent (Adrian) recommended. I stuck to a price that he did not think it will work but the buyer ended up agreeing to it. Sadly, when the appraisal came in and I questioned their philosophy on why they recommended the house came in higher than what they stated, Adrian and Danny (President of this office) said the appraisal is not correct, it is over stated and the house is not worth that much. The first appraisal came low as it was an FHA, then the second appraisal came around $20k higher than the first one. When I asked my agent if he requested the removal of all contingencies after the 17 days, he said they are "passively" done automatically per the contract. Can you believe it; it was "passively" done, to me that meant that he did not send a notice to perform. When I asked the agent; Adrian, to explain how in real estate this would be defined, he stopped responding to my emails. Long story short, they are a bunch of thieves in my experience. Their goal is to sell the house regardless of value so they can move to the next house. They are going to walk around saying they sold the house for the highest square footage in the neighborhood which they did not as I negotiated the deal and with their advice the house couldve sold for much lower. Still, with my little experience in real estate and speaking with other agents (showing them my emails with the agent) they stated he is incompetent in addition to his broker; Danny, who was truly much like a used car salesman. Their communication skills are well below par. They kept on telling my wife and me to “trust” them since they are the experts. I tried to resolve the issues with them but they totally ignored my concerns and said they can sleep at night since they feel they did a great job. DO NOT TRUST THEM. i have known danny morel and have been involved in business with him since high school. that was over 17 years ago, One thing is he far from is dishonest , i have invested very large amounts of money in real estate with him with nothing more than a hand shake. Thats the kind of person Danny is. Not only do i trust him and his realtors at his office to provide a phenomenal service when they are selling my investment properties , that i also had my own father join his company. The agents and his goal , no matter what, is making sure the client is 100% satisfied with the services they are getting, even if it means loosing money, because at the end of the day, he is not interested in financial gain at any cost, but helping people achieve their dreams of owning a home. Not only do i trust him fully, i would recommend him and his office to any one i know and i have numerous times for any kind of real estate needs. Adrian was actually an agent that sold one of my investments properties in the past and he did an excellent job for me. If you are interested in listing your home or thinking about buying, Pay them a visit at their office and judge for your self .

In Reference to Laura Rojas: Lauras patience, availability, and stellar negotiating skills enabled my husband and me to celebrate a handful of "firsts" in just these last 3 months! We were able to fit both of our families into OUR HOME as we hosted our first Thanksgiving dinner! We took advantage of the situation and utilized that joyous holiday to simultaneously experience the gender reveal of our baby BOY with all of our loved ones in OUR BACKYARD! We spent our first Christmas morning, just the two of us, in OUR LIVING ROOM in front of our beautiful natural Christmas tree. And we got to ring in the New Year for the first time with a nice quiet dinner, just the two of us, while watching the ball drop on the big screen my husband has always dreamed of mounting in OUR LIVING ROOM. Full Circle! When I got into real estate 10 years ago I was very lucky to get a coach. Not just any coach but Danny Morel. His guidance stood with me all these years through thick and thin in this business. I noticed about a year or so ago that he had opened up an office in Rancho Cucamonga. Thats approx 45 miles from my home and on a good morning just a little under an hour drive. Well folks it has been worth the move/drive to this office. The atmosphere is unbelievable! Danny has hired like-minded people that have integrity as he does. Both the agents and the staffs daily goal is to be of service to every one who walks thru those front doors whether youre a client or an agent looking for a little help/support. I am so thankful to have come full circle.

Stay away from shawn Grajeda. He flips homes and takes money from investors. I invested 30,000 for a 90 day construction loan and its been 5 months now and he will not pay me back. He has every excuse in the book, even blaming back child support he owes for not being able to pay me back. I will now have to sue him for my money. He is a fraud and conman who has ripped other people off. He wont answer my calls or texts. Tell everybody you know NOT TO DO ANY BUISNESS WITH SHAWN GRAJEDA. I have a bounced check he gave me 2 months ago for 5000. The day I went with him to his bank the teller told him his account was at 0. Spread the word.

If I could give a zero I would. This experience has been a nightmare and I would not recommend this agency to anyone. Not only was our agent unresponsive, he was extremely unprofessional and incompetent. Because of this experience we endured way more stress and heartache due to the lack of peace of mind given and worse of all, we ended up losing money. Thankfully, we never signed paperwork for our agent to help us buy our new house so at least we saved face for that. As for as the selling of our home, we would have been better off selling it ourselves since we basically did all of the follow-up anyway. What a disaster!! Stay away!
