My husband and I were first time home buyers while working with Nick. Finding our first house was not easy for my husband and me. We searched for about a year looking for the house that met both of our needs/wants. Throughout that time Nick Abbadessa always gave us his all. He always had fresh listings and would tour each one with us. He did a lot of homework for us and was always easy to get ahold of over the phone. We always found him very trust worthy in all the advice he gave us. Which is VERY valuable when buying your first house. He is also very well connected, making it easy to get trustworthy referrals for home improvement projects and such. This is very helpful when in a new area. He has also assisted my In-laws in buying and selling their homes and will definitely be the person we call when we decide to look for a new property. We all highly recommend his services.

Over the phone, he quickly learned what we were looking for, and set up several days of house tours for our 4-day house-hunting visit. He helped us negotiate the offer, as well as repairs, closing logistics, and move-in preparations - all while we were out of state!
