Service was good at first, found after they repair something and first day out of shop car breaks down.They all the sudden arent responsible for anything even though it came out of there shop and was told car was ready to go. When you ask a shop to check everything and fix everything thats wrong you expect it to be done. I basically gave them an open Wallet and they said only minor things were wrong and now engines blown. Steer away youve been warned, either that or be a mechanic to lazy to do work and know your risking it. At first would have praised them and recommend but now hell no I would rather try a Craigslist guy then them. Did I mention they also charged us to tell us engine was blown lol after it came out there shop day before. For proof or invoice so you know its the real deal leave an email and I can show you how shady this place was. I think Kay hit it on the head about this place and the shop is writing there own reviews. When I talked with gentleman on phone was nice to me as well. Then when I told him, "this car just was fixed by you" his answer was well we didnt put in the engine only fixed what we thought was wrong. What a cop out lol and guy started getting rude as well with me so I Hear you Kay

I was very impressed with D & K Auto Repair. There are too many places out there that will take advantage of a woman bringing in an auto for repair; in this case it was just the opposite!!! They could have gotten me for a cooling system repair that I thought was bad and I would have not questioned it at all but they were very honest and only did the repair that was necessary!!! They repaired the raidaitor and said that the cooling problem should be fine; if not to come back. It has worked great ever since. I will be taking both of my cars there for any needed repairs. Thank you for being honest and doing the job that was required - nothing more; nothing less!!!

D&K is an awesome shop. I used to take my Toyota there and they always knew just what to do to get it back and running like new. Now that I have a Jeep, theyre just as good. Doug is an awesome guy, very friendly and always smiling. Greg too. The shop guys are also very friendly. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable. Now, if only I could get Doug to let me drive that Viper in his show room... or his CJ5. I also agree about Katies statement. D&K has always been good to my friends and I. Maybe shes thinking of a different shop???

Always a great experience whenever I need to take my 1939 Ford in to Doug for service or repair. The work is always done correctly and on time and at a much lower cost than I could get elsewhere. D&K stands by their quality of work and all repair work and parts are covered by a 24 month or 24,000 mile warranty. I will only go to D&K for all of my future repair and service needs.

Poor - after many years of going here, a new service manager was abusive, argumentative, pushy. Not at all what I expected after so long a customer. wont ever go back and I tell others about my experience there. Too bad - "too big for your britches?"

Over all of the other automotive care centers Ive taken my baby to... This one here is one of my top 3 choices. I drive an older car, shes a 91 Infiniti, and they took great care of my girl. Thanks again, Doug!

I paid $116 for nothing. They were supposed to tell me the problems with my car but I left still confused on why my car is driving bad. Dont waste your money. They are overpriced also. Youve been warned.
