This is a wonderful gym! I highly recommend it. It is clean, safe, well-maintained, and all the coaches are talented and great with children. Four Stars is home to numerous champion gymnasts including the national trampoline & tumbling champion for level 6 or 7, I believe. Monique is so enthusiastic and fun with the kids- she did water balloon fights and water slides during the summer and the kids loved it! They have programs for all ages, and they even have some programs most gyms dont have, such as a trampoline and tumbling competitive team (my kids love it), a parkour class (think Ninja Warrior!), and a mens gymnastics team. They offer elite training, a fast-track optionals program with TOPs for girls and Future Stars for boys, and even an all-day homeschooling/training option for the very serious athlete. My kids love it here- we are very happy at this gym. It is in Antioch, but also very close to Brentwood, Oakley, and Discovery Bay.

My daughter goes here- she tried the other big gymnastics place in Brentwood, was treated more like a $$$ then a kid who wanted to learn and advance in an overcrowded, impersonal facility. Tried 4 Stars, the coaches are great, they care about the kids, its not overcrowded with people who dont care. Clean facility, caring and motivated coaches, highly recommend!!

Its a very great Academy, I would of gave a 5 star but for the reason Im not is due to it being a busy and popular place it should have a better air system for hot days at least more than 1 fan. The kids be very hot and sweaty, not ok.
