Not sure about the others or if theres new staffing, but my experience was completely different than everyone else. I bought my son here to get a haircut and they did a wonderful job. Granted there was no real styling involved (he had most of his hair almost shaved to about 1/2 inch all around) but the staff here were friendly and helpful.

My cousin was getting her hair cut and one of the staff members was complaining about the amount of hair. She also had serious attitude about it. Other then that the job was done.
