Ive been coming here for years. Brought my son for his first haircut 4 years ago and I still love bringing him here along with my other son. All the workers are awesome, have got to know each other by name so I feel very welcome every time I come in. Ive been asked what barbershop I go to to get my fade, and I say Great Clips in oakley! Very skilled employees!

Mrs Maria that sits directly in front does my hair and she is so amazing and professional. Im African American so i was a little worried they wouldnt have experience with my hair texture but she was very welcoming and does an excellent job with precision. I always get tons of compliments and i always refer them to her at great clips

I dont usually write a lot of reviews but am compelled to now because of the excellent customer service I recieved. Tonight, Sonia cut my hair exactly the way that I wanted it! She was very professional, friendly and made me feel appreciated as a customer. I will definitely return as needed! MS.

Horrific customer service!!! Made me feel like a second class citizen. They wont stand by their CORPORATE policy - guaranteeing their work. They want me to pay for another haircut ... even though the first looks like a 2 year old cut it!! I will never visit again.

Been here 1/2 dozen times ( convenience ). Not very friendly and always walk out with hair all over. Yesterday I saw a guy with a white shirt on and another patron went up and helped him wipe it off his back. Im done! Gonna find a different place.
