Sundaymorning about 11:00 booked haircuts for my son and I online with Greatclips in Freedom...got there early and checked in my son and I...my son got a terrible haircut....absolute mess that needs to be fixed....I waited for my usual hair person Lorena...and then she acted like she had never seen me before....and took another gentlemen who arrived 15 mins. after I did ...and yes I had an online appt.....why dont these franchises do a little customer service training? I wont be back....

By far the worst customer service I received today (5/1/17) Im giving it 3 stars because there is friendly people there but this particular stylist was very obvious, she wouldnt care about anything, she chocked me, she raised her voice, she just did t care at all, I wish I could contact the owner of the place, shes making great clips look bad, really bad, Ive been a faithful client for 13 years, every location from west coast to east coast, but this person ruined everything...
