HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, and I dont recommend any women to come here for hair cuts! Normally, I go to Asian salons, but I decided to try a new place because my cuts are quite expensive (usually $50), so I came here because I saw a couple of good reviews, and the price was significantly less ($19). I always get my cut the same. "Please trim the damaged ends, and keep the V-shape." I never caught her name, but it was an Asian lady who cut my hair. My hair originally was down to my butt. Now, it is AT MY SHOULDERS!!! I told her to cut my ends, and she literally cut off MORE THAN A FOOT of my hair which took me YEARS to grow out. I have never been more upset after getting a haircut. I wish I could post pictures for everyone to see how bad it looks. Its not even in a V-shape either. My hair is just very awkwardly shaped now. I wanted to look good for an upcoming banquet, and now Im going to have to spend a fortune fixing my hair somehow with extensions. Very very upset, and now I think Ill just stick to my $50 haircuts once my hair is actually back to its normal length in a couple of years.

Been coming here for 2 years...no more.. service has gone down. Quality with it. I usually dont mind the wait but today I was 40 minutes into my wait and literally watched as the hair stylist had a 10 min conversation with a customer AFTER the hair cut. Mind you 6 other men waiting in line besides me. When I walked in it was a 20 min wait. At the hour mark I left. Maybe management needs to reconsider staffing during peak days/hours. Its Friday for goodness sake and you have 3 hair stylist one of which packed up to leave while during my wait....

Speaking for mens haircuts, Id like to think consistency is one of the key factors for any location, and Supercuts delivers on that. The stylists are consistently engaged with the patron and their work, while quick, is neat and efficient. The wait times can be a tad long as there arent appointments at this location (to my knowledge), but its nothing out-of-the-ordinary from most stylist locations.

I HATE HATE HATE THEM they mixed up my hair and I can barley hear them they suck at everything even talking. now i look like a big fat looser with barley any FEN HAIR THEY SUCK AT EVERY THING i went there about 7 times and i did not like it all times

Angelica is by far the best hair cutter I have had. However, the guy in the shop is rude on the phone and dont ask for appointments because he will tell you they dont do appointments in the rudest of manners. I wont be going back.
