A friend of mine had given me a coupon for a free haircut. At first I was very impressed with the friendly customer service here. But when my daughter was done and presented the girl with the coupon her attitude changed drastically. Even my daughter noticed and said something to me as soon as we got in the car. I would be given a way better tip, but because of her attitude and the way she made my daughter feel, I only left a $3 tip. Everyone else was super nice, even the other lady that got paid with a coupon. I heard her welcome the other lady back. She was awesome!

I love my stylist she is better at haircuts then all the rest Ive used over the many years. who needs to charge $50 on up to hundreds! I have no need for the fancy salons or places that charge over $20. I go in when they have a sale for &7.99 or even when they dont. They have on-line checkins like a reserved time appointment or they take walk ins. Ask for "Samia" shes also great with my 2 yr old grandson and she gives lollipops and a ballon. Grateful to have found her!

They need to work on their people skills. Only a couple stylists are inviting and friendly the rest are snappy rude and blunt. Getting your haircut shouldnt an unpleasant and dreaded experience your stylist definitely should not pry into your personal business nor should they been short in responses and boardline condesending. Its very frustrating because they would be a 5 in my eyes if they just learn some damn customer service! Its really disappointing really.

Was my first time at this place, the barber seemed like he wasnt interested, I showed him multiple pictures of styles and was asking for input he paid very little attention to them, the hairstyle I wanted looked completely different not even a similar look very disappointed I wouldnt recommend, this place had good reviews so decided to come here, it might be a good barbershop but the barber that I got I was unhappy with.

Only get your hair cut with the store manager.. went three time.. employee messed up my hair twice.. would rather pay 5$ more and get hair cut from SportsClips..
