It was that dredful time of the month or 2 or 3 that I needed a hair cut. Well, if you have your go-to stylist then this situation wouldnt be anything to dred about. But since Ive recently moved here I knew this task was inevitable. It sucks having to find someone you can trust with your hair all over again. Nothing fancy just a full hawk. I decided to stop by Master Cuts inside the galleria mall in roseville. Shouldve already known it was going to be a poor experience because the stylist there didnt exactly go out of her way to welcome me. Oh well, people skills, maybe some people have it some people dont, so I decided to get it cut there anyways. I dont know much about cutting hair but Ive been to a stylist before and sat in these seats before where the stylist puts a drape on me before and so I expected the little white clothe or towel thingy to be wrapped around my neck to help prevent hair to get pass the drapes onto my clothing. Well in this case I guess they dont do that here, needless to say I still feel a bunch of hair pricking me all over. I told her I wanted a full hawk, that was all i knew what to tell her. I didnt know what a number 2, 3 or 4 was. or how many inches of hair I would like left on top of my head. In my past experience my stylist would walk through these steps with me and even show me what 2 to 4 inches of hair would look like! lol I know i can never really remember the formula to my preferred Fullhawk. Well apparently this lady didnt know what it would look like niether. long story short she rushed my hair. overall it was okay, too short and she gave me the ugliest and most dumbest liner you can give on my side burns (which arent very long to begin with). I didnt ask for her to shave it flat, i wouldve like to have it sharpened and trimed. right now it just looks funny looking because they look different from eachother. Her customer service was absent as well. I even try to make small talk in a very cheerfull voice asking how her day was, just so she would put more effort into my hair because her facial expression and tone of voice showed me she wasnt really excited about it. but nope it was a short and unsatisfying experience. I cant say that I wouldnt recommend this place because there are other stylist there (so I dont know), but for sure I would not recommend this stylist. Her name... oh yeah customer service sucked so she never told me. She is a middle aged white lady with some type of European accent, Russian maybe???.... Hope she reads this. I usually tip at least $5 but she lost out on that. I sure was quick to click on $0.00 tip. To Master cuts, she lost you what couldve been a returning customer who tips.

Probably the second Worst Haircut I have ever had and thats a second close the the sheering sheep style of haircut from basic. Leslie was the "stylist" she was very rough my scalp and neck were both red after. She missed hairs all over the place. And one side was completely uneven. And to top it all off she tried to argue with me on how I wanted it done stating it was possible when every other place I have gotten it done for years. Seriously how hard is it to do a military hair cut.

I took my 12 year old daughter for a trim and asked them to cut it straight across. They laid her hair on the back rest and cut it so when the hair was let down it was crooked and looked very bad. She tried to redo it with the same results. Then the manager did the same thing. I ended up leaving and cutting my own daughters hair... horrible experience. She lost 6 inches due to their mistakes!
