Okay, I know what youre gonna say. $15 service for a $15 cut. Well, thats what I got. They took two people that came in after me before me (men, Im a lady) and so I felt a little neglected, especially since I told them that I had to be somewhere 90min after that and wanted to be sure I had ample time. Fortunately these guys got really fast simple cuts. So I sit down and explain what I want done: a few inches off the back and side bangs. I got a few inches off the back alright, where it use to be 2" below my bra line, its now about 2" below my shoulders. She said it was longer, but I dont think she accounted for the fact it was wet and would shrink when it dried. I can handle the back part, whatever. Im a ponytail gal all the way. What I hate is the fact I said I wanted side swept bangs (even said like that picture you have) and wanted them to start below my eye. So the girl pulls my bangs in front of my face and cuts them STRAIGHT ACROSS. These are not side bangs. I look like an English sheepdog and I hate bangs on my forehead. So then I complained and shes like "oh sorry". Well, great. Youre sorry. Super. Not. It seems we must have had a miscommunication somewhere.....either way, I wont be going back there, and if youre after more than a simple trim--I wouldnt suggest you go either.

Used to love it here til one of the ladies left and had to go to a new lady and she completely butchered my hard part when I said I was fine with what I had and split it wayyyyy too hard. Dont really know what she was thinking. Common sense didnt really kick in. Ill stick to hats til my next cut. Will no longer do business here

Just got a great cut from Kathleen! Thought I knew what I wanted but after talking with her she knew exactly what to do. My hair looks better than it has in years. I phoned ahead and got on the list so when I got there only had to wait a couple of minutes. Really good experience!

This one sucks, messed up bad the 2times I ever went. Now the one on mangrove by Safeway is great, my son & I have always been very satisfied with our haircuts & saved $. They do a better Job than expensive hair salons Ive been to many

Terrible doesnt begin to describe it. It took her an hour to do a 20 minute cut on my boyfriend. She faded wrong, cut too short, didnt shape correctly either. Im not a stylist and i can cut better than that. We will not be coming back.

All I get is a very basic haircut (usually takes less than 5 minutes). They do a good job but charge too much for simple haircuts. If youre just getting a clipper cut you can get it for a third of the price elsewhere.
