***update, the manager Mendy called me within 48hrs and offered to fix my hair. While I am not happy I had to experience this I am glad they are willing to take care of there customers. Based on her great customer service and the extra mile she went I give her 5 stars. If I could give no stars I would. I left crying...I mean crying. I had a guy named Chris who was to do eyebrow waxing, haircut and color. He totally wrecked my brows to the point I asked him to just stop touching them. He said he wouldnt charge me for the eyebrows. Then I asked for long layers and to frame the face, my hair is all even, no layers and it looks like something I had in middle school. He kept trying to fix it but I said in done. I paid and left. I felt like this guy was at his first day of beauty school. I had to leave there and go to another salon just to try and fox my eyebrows. Now I have to wait until my hair grows back some to fix it.

Worst customer service Ive ever seen at a hair salon. I walked in one time and tried to give them my name to get on the "list". They totally ignored me and spoke to the people who were sitting in the waiting room. They all turned out to be waiting for people already in the back so I should have been asked my name. I wasnt. When the 3 people in the back were finished and paid for their services, another 3 people walked in, got on the "list", and were taken right back. There I sat. Still couldnt get waited on. I will not be back. I would rather cut my hair myself than be treated that way again.

This particular branch of Hairmasters doesnt do a great job. The wait is often too long for my patience, and although the prices are cheap, I havent been satisfied any of the times Ive gotten my hair cut here. For a better experience at the same price range, try Top Cut just down the street, just south of Four-Corners on Maple Valley-Black Diamond Rd.

By far the worst haircut I have ever had. Not only was it $20 for a simple buzz cut (Im ok with that)...but at that price, I came home only to have to spend 45mins fixing large patches of uncut hair and she completely forgot to cut the back of my neck! For a 2" on the sides and a 4" on top....it should not be that hard to cut! Will never go back.

New girl Kim- LOVE HER. I wasnt planning on going because of past very bad experiences but that was back in 2004 and 2007.. So I hold a grudge ;) but fate had me in the Safeway parking lot and walking through the door. Kim knows what she is doing. I will see her again. She thinks it through and does a great job!
