Ive been here a few times and have been very pleased all except one time. Today I had Patty and she was so great! What is so nice is that I can bring my two kids and they play nicely in the waiting area. All the employees are always very nice about it. There are even a few toys there. My hair is pretty easy and I dont get anything crazy so I almost always get a great cut. I love the laid back atmosphere. I really dont like snooty salons that take forever. I want to be in and out for a good price and a good cut without an appointment. Thats what I get here.

Literally the worst haircut Ive ever gotten. And Im used to budget hair salons. First, they cut your hair almost totally dry. Second, the person who was cutting my hair didnt even listen to what I wanted. I simply needed a trim with long layers. Five minutes in, she gave me the mirror as if she was done. I told her I wanted layers. So she took another five minutes to give me the most minimal layering you can imagine. I cant even tell theyre there. I could have done this haircut myself, and saved the $17. Never coming back again.

Extremely BAD haircuts. Avoid this place at any cost! They messed up my hair. I had to use a color pencil to hide the messed up haircut. I have NEVER had this bad a haircut! My Sons haircut was cut bad bad too. I had to provide directions on how to fix it. The lady wasnt bothered to cut it properly as she would have to change the trimming machine front attachment! Talk about lazy! After my complaint, they gave me a complementary cut voucher but it is in the trash as I am NEVER going back again!

One of the worst haircuts Ive ever had. Hair is not properly faded on right side. She didnt go in all directions with the clippers which left my hair uneven in three places. She did not offer me a mirror to look at the back. Since I just had it cut I am tempted to go back for a fix but theres a possibility she could make it worse. I gave this store location an extra star for shop cleanliness and location. Ill be looking elsewhere for future haircuts.

Ive gotten several haircuts and all have been fine except for the last one. I asked for them to leave my hair a little longer compared to my previous haircut but the stylist left it too long so I asked the Asian stylist to to take a tiny bit more off. She became mad and annoyed because I changed my mind. She was very rude and unprofessional and ended up cutting my hair so short its on the verge of a buzz. I would avoid her at all cost

This place is great. I have had two great haircuts that took a great deal off the top and just the right great amount off the sides. I left them a great tip for my great clip.
