The lady was nice enough and check in was fast. But when she started apologizing to a co-worker for being angry on another occasion I was ready to leave. She seemed very distracted and unfocused. She did some of the usual stuff then handed me the mirror...um that was quick. As far as could see it was ok, at this point I just wanted out of there. When I finally got to see her butchery, I was appalled! This the worst cut Ive received in the last 10 years! Ive been going on and off since 2012 and will not be going back! The revolving door of management has put some wholot inadequate people at this lacation! I dont even want them to fix for fear making it worse!

went in on Monday morning(labor day) for the first time to this location, lady just walked to the check stand and without looking at me or greeting me (very very very mean) ask me to go the her chair, I did so , she did my hair cut without saying a word, I usually get a shampoo service and buy products and tip $10.00 but she was so mean and unfriendly that I could not stay a minut longer and without even looking at how she cut my hair, I just paid and left. will not go to this location again.

Rude reception, crummy haircut. I signed in on their website and they stood there and told me it wasnt their fault that they didnt see it. Meanwhile, there was no-one waiting and they could have easily smiled and said they could take care of my daughters haircut right away. If you need a quick, cheap haircut, go to the Great Clips off of 132nd Ave and Old Redmond Road. Theyre fast, skilled and always polite. Stay away from the Great Clips on Redmond Way.

If it was your lucky day, and you visited this place and got a good haircut, remember the person who cut your hair. The next time youre there always ask for that person to serve you. Otherwise, you might end up being served by an unprofessional who can barely speak any English, and you will be leaving the place with a disaster on your head.

Dont believe anyone that provides an excellent rating for this place--I guarantee that it is management or an owner. This place has horrible cutting habits, and I know I have had family in the hair industry for more than 30 years. They are all in CA now, I know someone asked "why dont you just go to them." DO NOT GO HERE!

Worst possible saloon ever. Online checkin did not show up at the place. Lady at the store was very rude to checkin us again. Whats the point of online checkin if you have to wait another 40 mins? Left the store in 5 mins and went to the one on Old Redmond Road, far better service there.

They have a terrible check in system. If you check in online and mention to request a stylist on arrival they will ignore your check in time and recheck you in. So you may end up waiting for hours. Perhaps the trick is to not to mention your stylist and keep passing until its your turn.

hands down, single worst haircut ive ever gotten. dont just avoid this location, dont go to great clips anywhere. i had a decent experience with the location in lacey, but every other great clips ive been to is worse than the one before it. terrible franchise all around.

Im not giving it a one star only because I have had a few good haircuts here, but now, the employees are really rude, and they come up with terrible excuses for their crappy attitudes. Its cheap, but thats about it.

Worst haircut Ive ever had. Employee with attitude needs to be trained in customer service and ask her customers how exactly he wants his hair cut if she has doubts.

This is a great place for a simple haircut. They also allowed my dog inside as I was getting my hair cut. Very accommodating!

They offer online check-in, which is nice. Yet the reception lady had an attitude, wed take our future business elsewhere.
