We have a choice, sow to the ego (strengthening an illusion) or listen to the real mind (God/Truth). When one cant be respectful, helpful or sincere, they have covered up the real Mind. Now, they cant be the way theyre suppose to be ("Do Unto Others"), especially when the other was only very kind to them. This is a major disconnect and will translate in their experience. "Choose ye this day whom ye shall serve, God or mammon." We dont get away with anything.(ye reap corruption). Your unkindness and lack of respect will come back to you, Hailey, not me. Youve done it to yourself (& this business). The Light we turn to exposes all. Living in the Light saves us from the darkness. "What ye do to the least of them, ye do unto me (Christ)." Am rating this a two star not because of the store itself . I love the great prices , deals and coupons . I just think the staff are not that friendly . I shop there alot and spend alot . Molly i believe its her name made a comment that i thought was so unnecessary . The person that was returning my item asked molly for help and on her way to the register she made a loud comment like oh what are you returning this time. Honestly that shouldnt be anyones business if its not used . Cuz if its used i wouldnt return it . Her comment bothered me alot i felt almost embarrassed . Like it was bad for me to make a damn return . I work in retail and never would i ever say that to someone i think its rude .

I had an appointment at the salon with one of the specialist (you choose if you want to upgrade to a more experienced stylist when you make the appointment) then had to wait for the stylist to come back from break- which would have been ok if someone had communicated with me, but no one was there to greet me or explain why I was just standing around. The most disappointing was the haircut- it was not a very good cut, and it was an expensive not good cut. I wont go back.

Sadly they are always out of stock of any good make up high end and drugstore. Also not sure if they lost a manager or not cuz things have gone down hill. The employees arent very helpful and seriously try not wanting to look up a price for you. I think i rather stick with Sephora or Macy and my local CVS.

just order online and find some where else for salon services. staff is rude and too busy to assist customers when Ive been there. really frustrating because I loved every other ulta Ive been to.
