I have had consistent bad experiences with Tracey. She is rude and will judge you based on the tip you give. Then if you dont tip her due to her awful attitude, she will make sure to ruin your day by saying something mean to you. I went for a haircut today, she couldnt spell my last name and hence couldnt find my appointment. Told me you dont have an appointment. Gave me an earful, yelled at me "Next time dont check in an hour before you come". Did a sloppy haircut then OBVIOUSLY i am not going to tip her. On seeing that, she teared up the coupon and threw the coupon that comes automatically with the receipt. Never going back to this location and definitely not getting a hair cut from Tracey at least.

Took my 8 yr old boy today to get a haircut for school. He old got the worst haircut Ive ever seen. It was a different length on top than the rest of his hair and didnt blend at all. As I trimmed it up at home myself to trying to get it to look better, I noticed they had shaved one sideburn above his ear and left the other one intact! Im supposed to send my kid to school with one sideburn?! Will never go to a Great Clips again AND I will be getting a refund tomorrow when they open AND I will warn everyone I know how much Great clips sucks!

Really bad experience. Went 5/23. I had really long hair and came in to get about 4 inch. Cut off. Not only did she have me stand up for my hair cut but she just cut straight acrossed. Not in sections. It looks choppy, uneven, and like i did it myself. It took her only 5 minutes max to cut my hair and it looks like it. My daughter had a better experience but still not the best. Hers is also uneven. After wasting $36 there we will never go back.

i went to supercuts in issaquah today and got the worst haircut ever. nothing was consistent and the said the didnt even have a size 8 buzz cut attachment. when i got home i realised how terrible it looked. i saw that great clips was open until nine so i got there as soon as could and karol was super friendly and fixed my hair and its looks awesome! will defiantly go back there over any other place.

Checked in my 2 yr old brother online, 17 min wait time (turned into 20-30), when it came close to his turn he needed the restroom and while he was in there they skipped over him for a walk in. They were not sincere or apologetic about it all. Worst customer service ever!!!

When it comes to cuts for men and trims...these people are great! My son looked like a Q-tip pre-cut. The stylist did a great job cleaning him up.
