The review below used to be completely accurate. Around the same time I suffered through a hair butcher here. That isnt the experience I get now. The girl that cut my hair ended up getting fired, and since then theyve had a large staff turnover. Im not saying EVERY SINGLE staff is perfect, because I havent had them all, but the ones that I have had are excellent now. This week I had the new girl, Amy. She goes a little slow, but is really worth the time because not only does she cut it right the first time, and communicates with you while shes working, but she cross checks her work, which no one does anymore! Shes beyond great. On an unrelated note... Ive noticed that if you have a language barrier that its harder for the person to give the client what they want. Be aware of that in ANY salon, no matter what language. It doesnt mean they arent talented, it just means you have the responsibility to communicate very clearly, and bring multiple pictures

If you want a good hair cut, DO NOT GET IT DONE HERE!!!!! I went in for a simple trim. What I walked out with is a nightmare that I get to relive everyday. I had long hair, now its an uneven mess 1 to 3 inches past my shoulders. Everytime I wash my hair I can feel the uneven chunks in the back of my hair. It looks like a 3 year old took a pair of scissors to my hair. I asked for the front to be trimmed to frame my face....It looks just like it did when I walked in ( the layering starts at the chin line ) This hair cut is so bad, Im going to have to give it at LEAST a year to grow out, before I can get it fixed. If your reading this....Do yourself a favor....Go somewhere else.

This place recently ruined my hair. I was left with short layers in the front and longer layers towards the back. The ends were bluntly cut, which was not what I wanted at all and my bangs were cut extremely short and uneven. I was a regular customer at a different MasterCuts and expect the same quality of service, but was completely disappointed. I did not get the stylist name, but she was tall with long greyish/blondish hair. I am looking into filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and would not recommend this MasterCuts to anyone.

I can get a better haircut at a Barber college. Asked for a taper got a fade; the black women that cut my hair doesnt know the difference. Also she left the left side longer than the right. I never rate stuff online so me posting this says a lot!

Choppy and uneven. She kept asking me if it was OK but it didnt look anything like the cut I had shown her and she nicked me and now I have to go somewhere else to get my hair fixed. Basic mens cut.

I come here regularly. I get the quality of haircut here that costs me $50 at another salon. Its an in an out, no frills experience, but always a good cut I get lots of compliments on.
