Went in for an approx 1 inch trim, which included adding a few layers, went home and realized a solid 4-5 inches were lost, as well as the entire shape of my hair was changed. I have been growing out my hair for years and that was rather heart breaking. Not sure how "one inch" "trim" and "keep the existing layers" could turn into such a dramatic change. Extremely disappointed.

I had a partially shaved hair cut Im growing out and the back of my hair was longer and I was basically growing a mullet! I came in just to have the back trimmed shorter to match my front and was only charged $8.00. service was very fast and friendly
