I hated it! Im scared to get another haircut!! They cut my sideburns uneven, and it looked like it was cut by a five-year old. When I asked to have it cut shorter on the sides, she kept "blending" it, like my hairs some kind of smoothie. My hair was not cut at all (I underscore at all) the way I told them to. Whoever my stylist was, it(being my hair) was to short, and it took months for my hair to look nice again, since when my hair is cut to the length for which it was my face looks like a box. I understand that [HairMasters] is a cheap place to go, but I believe that, for most any price ones hair should at least have even sideburns, be cut the way for which it was requested to be cut, and look presentable. My stylist even asked ME if my sideburns looked even, ME, how am I, the customer supposed to be subjected to responsibility for my own hair when I dont know anything about cutting hair, youre the one with the license. Dont ever go here, and if you do, wear a hat for a while, this place is awful.

They are horrible lady used dull shears and completely butchered my sisters haircut! I recommend never going here. The lady also talked about how shes been addicted to drugs for the last 14years. Are you kidding me what kind of employees do they have here she should get her lisence taken away and never be able to cut someones hair again.

I have been going to Jennifer for 8+ years now, she is fantastic! She is a master stylist there, she is the only one I trust to cut my long curly hair and she does a fabulous job on my highlights!

She gives the worst haircuts!!! It takes more than a year for your hair to look semi-decent again. She is completely rude and tacky and I also found out she has a criminal record.

Terrible! I paid 41 dollars for my son and I and they messed them both up! Very patchy uneven total crap! Never again.

Went in for one of the easiest haircuts, a 1 buzzcut and they screwed it all up and left spots all over!
