I have been coming to the sammamish location for 8 years and this past weekend on 8/14 was my worst haircut experience ever. They used to be around the safeway location for awhile way back when and then moved to this new location. They changed everyone who was doing the haircuts except for the nice short red haired lady. The different lady who was cutting my hair was talking the whole time and wasnt even paying attention to my request or what i wanted. She didnt even pay attention to trimming around the sideburns and one side was completely messed up. Glad I have glasses because it will grow back. The haircut took way longer then it usually does because she was non-stop talking to the other employee. Never talked to me once and just stared at me. Hardly asked to me to move my head around to get the correct cut which was done in the past and the haircut was excellent. Here comes the tip since she did a horrible job the haircut was 18 dollars. I gave her a two dollar tip to make it 20. so on the statement after tax it was 20. She added a dollar to my haircut and it was a horrible haircut! I found this out because after it went through i looked on my online statement. I am SOOO MAD! This was the second time I have had issues with them in the past year. The beginning of the year they said they "Magically" deleted my account which was in the system last year and was in there for 8 years. I am done with this company and this location in general. You guys just lost a customer of 8 years. I am going to hair masters or sports clips because even though i have to pay more at least i will get it done right and not have it take almost an hour. They have really changed since 3 years ago. No more!

Ive been here 2 times and certainly never coming back. I was looking for an affordable haircut salon to get a very simple short haircut. The first time was kind of OK, my stylist was Roberta. But the second time was awful, really awful. My stylist was THUY-TIEN. She kept talking to other guys while working on my hair and the result is a very unprofessional haircut which I paid $18 for. She made a mistake and I came back to fix but she was so pissed off because of that and became even more rude. Dont waste your money guys!

Great Clips is OK, and this one is a little below par. The gals running the store dont speak English well, and so communicating what hair cut your kids should have is hard. The communication barrier ianjuts the beginning. Its like each woman in the joint just started cutting hair, and has never learned any styles. Heaven forbid you request a stacked A line or an undercut... I like great clips, and I live across the street from this one, but after a year of horrible experiences I will drive to Klahanie instead.

New ownership/management came in and made changes. NOT good ones. Yes, one grumpy person is gone. I wasnt a fan. But Trinh? She cut my hair for 12 years! Shes gone? Quit? Why? Great Clips Sammamish new ownership needs to check themselves. People like Trinh dont quit unless something was off. Wont spend a dime with you anymore. Im sure the new manager wont care, though.

Things are different in my last two visits , Got bad hair cut and lady was not even willing to fix it despite my insist , they have increased the rates . Not happy with services and rates. Lady was seems to be in rush and not polite . Ruined my mood today and i have to look for new place to get my hair cut.

May is the best! But most of the employees here are very pleasant. They have had a few grumpy stylist in the past, but they have weeded them out. On a side note, Ive seen unruly customers more than sassy employees. Keep it classy Sammamish

Buyer beware. I had a lady cut my hair I asked for a inch off and she left 1 inch on instead. Bad part was my hair was 5 inches long. Im not saying that all the stylist do this Im just saying please make sure you clarify what you want done.

Not very pleasant experience they need to have better equipment the cables of there equipments are not long enough to give a comfortable hair cut to customer.
