This location is like brand new after re-opening. I went there with $6.99 coupon of re-opening special. I had cut my hair really short almost a month back. My hair grows on sides fast so want to take a trim. Stylist Christine was really good. She asked me whether I want to repeat the previous short cut I took. When I told her my intentions of just a trim she ended up giving me a good blended trim cut. She also suggested me a good styling cream which is on sale at the store with demonstration. I am impressed. Definitely going back to this place for my next haircut and that too with Christine....

This place is run in a horribly unprofessional manner. My hairstylist was very hard to understand (which is fine, I have an accent too) but he did not want to listen, which was problematic. I told him hair gel did not work for me since I was allergic, and he kept insisting I should use some. He was cutting my hair as if he had a plane to catch, and poked me a few times and basically was in his own world while I hoped that I could leave the building with my scalp intact. Stay away from this place.

Very bad experience, the guy took the notes from my previous visit and tried to improvise and screwed up big time. Now the hairstyle is a mess. I really appreciate the manager who took care of the situation, obviously she cant reverse the mess up made by this hopeless guy. But she tried her best and offered coupons for the next visits to fix it as much as possible. Except the manager if you get anyone else, be aware of the stylist and dont regret later.

My boyfriend just returned from getting a haircut from Vu at Great Clips. Vu "slipped" shaved a giant chunk out of my boyfriends beard and now he has to shave it off. And they actually charged him for the haircut!! Unbelievable. Great Clips is terrible. If youre a guy, go to Roosters. They are a bit more expensive but you get what you pay for.

Worst haircut ever gave me Sonny stylist last saturday. I chose one of the haircut booklet and she ignored my petition and she used unproperly the machine,cutting me out to to short. The other barber tryed gently to fix it. So please owners be strict with your barbers or stylist because we spend time y money. ITS NOT FREE

The first time I came here, it was a nice experience. Professional work and fast service. The second time was a disaster. My barber took an hour (an hour!!!) for a simple haircut that did not turn out how I wanted it. Furthermore, I got hair in my clothes, my shoes, and everywhere in between.

Ive been to the new Great Clips twice, I have been very happy with the cut Briann created for me. I have very thin hair and she was able to give me a cut that looks great and I feel like I have hair. The stylist that work their are extremely friendly and make you feel welcomed.

Worst haircut ever. The "stylist" ignored my comments and gave me a haricut completely different from what I asked. Even when I asked him to stop cutting, he insisted to continue cutting his way. NEVER COMING BACK IN A BILLION YEARS!!!

They know how to cut hair, taking their time and very precise. However, if your hair cut is simple you may save a few bucks going elsewhere.
