I have been here twice, both times fine. Today, when I arrived there were 4 people working (sitting and chatting with each other), 1, Jessica actually cutting hair. Jessica cut my hair last time I was in so I asked if I could wait for her. While waiting, I allowed 3 customers to go ahead of me. As Jessica was finishing sweeping her station, someone came in who had registered on line. Jessica was required to take him. I was there. I allowed 3 people to go ahead of me who had not registered on line. Someone comes in and Im forced to wait. Had I known that, I would not have tried to be loyal to Jessica and let someone else cut my hair. Again, I let 3 people go ahead of me, and was brushed aside. Just rude.

I have been going to Great Clips for years, and was very very pleased with the way Brooke cut my hair. She always did an excellent job of hair styling, and I always received compliments on my haircut. However, today, I called in to see if she was working on Wednesday, and found out she was no longer working for Great Clips. Im very disappointed. She, was very fast, and an expert at cutting hair with years of experience. I wish I knew where she was working now.

Ive been a few times and, even after some idiotic customers (one guys best description of how he wanted his hair cut was "shorter"), the stylists have always been pleasant and they know what theyre doing. Ive sadly been to "premiere" stylists who couldnt blend my hair. Or didnt take the time to do it. My moneys on this location - and its a great location, being also near lunch, a Rite Aid and the bank.

I have my wife take my 7 year old son in to get a haircut today and all they did was shave his head and leave a little nub on the front. She asked him to shave the sides down to it 1 and a half and fade the top to a 2. All they did was butcher it. So I called when I got home from work and spoke to the manager and all I got from her was excuses. Bottom line is, " DO NOT GO HERE...!!!

These girls are fast! I gave her a vague description of what I wanted (mostly because Im bad at communicating) and she cut my hair exactly how I imagined it. I must have been in the char for no more than 20 min. Friendly and fast service here.

I have gotten my hair cut here for a while now, and they were and always have been very nice to all the customers, whenever I am around. And the hair cuts obviously are good, considering I have been going back.

Iffy as to when youll get a good haircut. 7 out 10 times is good, other times not so much but its cheap so what can you expect.
