Ive given this store SEVERAL chances, and Im finally done with them. They are inconsistent with the quality of cuts. One person in particular seems to have an issue with uneven cuts. I wont name names, but this older gentleman, as nice as he is, just cannot cut hair. My last two cuts from him were uneven on the top of my head. Tonight, my son came home from getting a cut from the same gentleman, and the same results. I honestly dont know how he didnt see it. It was the first thing I noticed when he walked in. I will gladly pay more to get a better cut somewhere else.

Called to make an appointment and to say the least, you cant. Was told only Internet check ins and walkins are accepted. When I asked the employee what her purpose of having a phone was? She seemed very helpless and confused. An automated message would have frustrated me just as much and not been able to help. Walked in and 4 people had "just checked in" online. Feeling very frustrated.

After reading the other review on here I was a little worried about getting my hair cut at the Snoqualmie Ridge Great Clips but after I walked in I felt much better! The staff was very polite and their price cant be beat. First time customers get a discount on their second cut and I plan on using it for sure! Thanks again girls!

After 2+ weeks of camping, I was definitely in need of a "cleanup"! Walked in and, after a short wait, got a great cut from Samantha! Very personable and efficient! Will definitely return on our next visit.

My hubby and kiddos get cuts there and we have yet to be disappointed. Is it a high end salon....NO. But it is perfect for meeting our needs and the prices are great!

The only people Id trust to cut my hair up there are Vicki and Dawn. They are great, the rest are incompetent.
