U would think a shop called blondies would know how to color a womans hair blond. Seems like u get a lot more men in there as costumers. My hair is damaged for life. Its going to take me years to get back healthy hair. I think your shop should sign up for Tabitha salon take over. Over all the experience left me traumatized. My hair color turned in to whats call zombie blonde. I went on there the first time hair looked ok. The second time I left speechless my hair was calico white orange and brown. The woman working on my hair said to me at least the white hair made me look tan. She said wait a week and see how u feel and I can tone it down I woke up the next day looked in the mirror in complete shock. It was so damages and ugly. It took over 3 hours to destroy my hair. I called in the next day letting everyone know how unhappy I was. I was afraid to be seen by anyone. I was told to come in and see what they can do. I gave it another chance scared and praying it could look better. The damage has been done. Ill not have healthy hair again for years they to bed it down to what I am calling a Zombie blonde. I left with tears in my eyes,sad mad in shock. How can they do this to a womans hair and not gaf. I was refunded my money but again the damage it permanent. Bleach is a serious color not to be messed with by amateurs. I thought a hair shop called Blondie would know how to bleach hair. Its just dumb Blondie shop. I guess never have a burnett color your hair with bleach. She might be a natural blond considering all the time it took cell phone ringing. I think its a trashy salon made for old men to get there head shaved....it seems like that was majority of clients they had old men. Ummm Im beyond traumatized from my experience there. I wouldnt recommend this place for any one to go. Costumer service was horrible. I would not be surprised if they try and take my money off the credit card I used after reading what I have to say. It was no secret tho I let them know how unhappy I was....just be warned when someone says do not go there its all bad... dont make the mistake I made and go there anyways. Im in tears and beyond disappointed how my hair turned out. I can go on and on. Its so bad nothing like what I wanted or asked. Trashy place trashy people there salon needs help and a reality check. Tabitha would whip these freaks in shape. Hope they call her before there business gos under. :/ errr How could I go from a nice looking blond to calico and then zombie blonde. Tf :(( traumatized for life. My hair will take years to not be damaged. Holly cow dumb Blondie is no where to be seen in. Call a professional. Im scared to let anyone touch my hair ever again after what has happened. Just like wth :/ bad bad bad experience

My experience was absolutely awful! I received an extremely poor haircut. One side is even longer than the other. The lady who cut my hair actually thought she did an amazing job. It cost me $40, but the worst part is that I reached out to complain and never even got a response! What a slap in the face! I will tell everyone HOW AWFUL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS! They could have responded to my complaint and offered to re-cut my hair even, but they didnt!

The salon is under new ownership and all the hairstylists are great. Ive never had a bad haircut there and everyone is very friendly.

No consistency with pricing. I wasnt happy with my haircut and went to have it fixed and they charged me for it.
