I have had nothing but amazing service from this incredible establishment. They have been more than adequate on all levels of service that i have requested. I just moved from Florida and had to find a new salon. I was scared quite honestly because of all the horror stories you hear over the years about switching stylists. B&B made that change for me incredibly easy and painless. They have been so kind and friendly. Their staff is incredible from the way they interact with each other as if they are all on one team, to the way they treat the customer like your theyre family or best friend. Its very rare that you get to witness such amazing managerial skills and then clearly see it reflected in the overall experience. I have been to my fair share of salons and NEVER have i been in one that felt so welcome and friendly. Salons seem to attract cattiness and gossip by nature however this was just the opposite. All the stylists work together from advice to lending an extra hand. The owner is a very knowledgeable and professional women who has clearly demonstrated her ability to do great things. Thank you so much B&B for creating such a wonderful salon that i look forward to visiting again soon. If you are looking for a place to get an amazing new look or just a refresher on your old one, look no further B&B is your answer :)

So, last weekend I decided to bleach my own hair (it was VERY dark brown reddish color) because I wanted to go blonde. Bad, bad idea. I ended up having neon yellow roots with bright orange ends. Needles to say, I needed to get it fixed, and FAST. I have been in the Humboldt area for almost 2 years for school, but hadnt yet found a salon because I would just wait for vacations and get it done at home. I searched Google and this place came up and since it has "Coloring Salon" in its name, I figured it was a good bet. I WAS SO RIGHT. I had Nicole S. (She goes by Nick at the salon because there are two of them) and she was seriously an angel. She was able to completely fix my hair, both the color and the damage I had done to to it by bleaching it. I am now a happy customer with healthy, beautiful blonde hair!! The atmosphere was very nice, and for me at least, the prices were VERY reasonable. (I am from the Bay Area... So I am used to things being ridiculously over priced). But at B&B I got three different colors put in (toner, dye, and lowlights) AND got a special shampoo for my new blonde hair, and it was all only $120. If you are looking to spice up your color but want it done WELL, B&B is definitely the place to go!

Worst hair cut, Ive gotten in my entire life!!!! She cut more off then I asked and cut it noticeably crooked in the back! I didnt find out till that night when a fiend asked me if Id let a drunk give me a haircut and showed me the back with a mirror. I was not happy with how little hair I had left when she was done...so she talked me into clip-on extensions, which I bought for $50 (after my $50 haircut, which they apologized for and that was it!) looking at the extensions after opening the package turns out the style of clip on couldnt even clip to my hair because of the way shed cut it. So I brought it back the next day, with receipt and asked to exchange it for one that would work... They refused to take it back. Or fix my hair. Rude customer service! I walked out of there so mad about the treatment and utter rudeness I recieved that I have not gone to a salon since. I had my sister cut it to fix it....but it was boy short by the time it looked decent again. Absolutely hate this shop!

I went here years ago just once on my moms recommendation, she always goes here. It was perfectly clean, classy, stylist was skilled and attentive to my needs. Now fast forward several years, im married now and have 2 kids and Ive moved back to eureka for a while. Decided to get my oldest sons first haircut here (3yo) and they did not disappoint. They have a little chair that even looks like a little go cart, both my sons got lollipops. With all the patience and kindness in the world the stylist talked to my son , kept his attention, even offered another visit if this one didnt work out. He got through it untramatized and the price was amazing, especially for the effort she put into my family not just my one son. I will always recommend B&B to anyone and if Im ever in need of some styling for me and my family I wont be going anywhere else.

I was so sad when the salon I was going to went out of business. Where else could I go for my hair & waxing. I decided to give B&B a try. No matter who does my hair, it is spectacular! And last time I was in I saw Sarah, the lady who used to do my waxing. Boy was I glad to see her there! My friends & I all used to go to her. We call her "The Waxing Queen" & "Fastest Wax in the West". Now B & B really is my one stop neauty shop!!

Horrible experience! I went there and had my hair done by sarah rena . I had bleach blonde hair and told her I wanted to go ombre with chestnut brown on the top half and dark blonde on the bottom. Need to say thats not what I got. My hair turned gray and a tent of purple. We even looked at live pics just to make sure we were on the same page with what I wanted. Worse color I have ever had.

I had a terrible coloring accident and they fixed it and i left with gorgeous and ever healthier feeling hair. I have curly hair and its tough to find a salon than can handle it and knows how to make it look better and everyone at B&B was really knowledgable and helpful. Extremely friendly staff, Im not going anywhere else!
