Finding the salon was a little tricky, there is a parking lot on the corner of J street and Samoa Blvd, it says that it is parking only for Industrial Electric, but I was assured you could park there. Once parked I walked on the sidewalk heading towards I street, and the tinted windows caught my attention, I wasnt sure I was in the right place until I got to the door and it said Orange Cup Coral Salon & Spa. Once I opened the door, I no longer felt like I was in Humboldt! Its a very modern and clean space where I was instantly greeted and and seated after they took my coat and offered coffee. They sat and talked with me as I waited for my hair appointment, I was told that the spa area wasnt quite done yet, which is why I couldnt yet book my massage or facial. The girl felt bad and offered me a complimentary manicure, and took down my address so I could be invited to the grand opening party. The girls all seem to get along great; laughing and chatting with each other and their clients. If you can find this hidden treasure, you are certain to fall in love. Oh, I have to say that I LOVE the fact that my hair will be sent to make hair mats or booms for the oil spill, after trying and failing several times to donate to locks of love (I guess you have to have 10 inches of healthy hair, color isnt so great for this) I finally felt like my hair was doing something good for someone out there. If you go, ask for a Kevin Murphy Treatment, or at least a shampoo using Kevin Murphy. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. I loved my haircut! Love these girls!

Heather honestly gave me the best haircut I have ever had, at such an amazing price. I love the atmosphere of this place and everyone is really friendly and mellow! Highly recommend this place to all! My hair was kind of a mess when I went in from a previous BAD hair cut and I came out of there with a cut even better than I had hoped for. Heather let me know what she was doing every step of the way too, so there were no unpleasant surprises! Thank you Orange Cup Coral!
