I am very disappointed that I have to write this review, but feel obligated to let people know. We joined this gym because it had a couple of extra machines over our old gym (Life Altering Fitness). We soon realized that the gym didnt feel right to us. Most of the staff were nice, but it didnt feel like "home". Wed paid for a year up front, and after two months we asked for a refund. They refused to give us a refund stating that they had a no refund policy. They also have a policy saying that you cannot sell or transfer your membership... but, they offered to break that part of their policy for us, even though they wouldnt offer a refund. We didnt even want a full refund, we wanted to pay for the time that we already spent there. They refused this too. I asked the person in charge of finance (I wont mention specific names) why how that served the customer and why they would want an unhappy customer at their gym. They said that they didnt, but they were unwilling to give us a refund or partial refund. I cannot see any reason that they wouldnt refund the money, other than the fact that they just want our money. The fact that they were willing to break their own contract and allow us to "sell" our membership to someone else, but not make sure we were satisfied is very disappointing. We will be going back to Life Altering Fitness (previously Titans Dungeon) at their new location with more equipment. We feel like we are a part of something there. Zach, the owner would never allow such a disappointment to happen at his gym. He actually cares about each member. Hopefully you find somewhere where you feel part of something. With Passion, Blake

With respect to the old club, there is now a new facility on Bell road which is crisp and new with state-of-the-art equipment. The showers and locker area are private and beautiful. There are new changing rooms as well. The group fitness areas are well stocked and roomy. The only problem is it might get too popular, but there are plans to offer more group fitness classes very soon. Because the pin and weight technology is a huge leap from the old club, many members are having to adapt and modify to the new, better equipment. Have not heard a negative remark. Everyone seams to be super-happy and energized! Go kill yourself on the Jacobs Ladder!!!

I wanted to give a local community athletic club a try, so I joined with the guarantee that I could cancel with giving the appropriate notice. The club had great spin class, the locker room was filthy, dirty showers. I can get past this, but circumstances caused me to cancel membership, was told and I got in writing that I would be refunded the month overage that I paid. No one called me back, I called 4 times, spoke with different people, was transferred to accountant "Lina" whom never even acknowledged my calls. So I was surprised to see this kind of behavior for a "community" club. So I could never recommend this club for many reasons.

Gym-style exercise is a sometime thing for me. Until the new CAC opened I did not feel that the amount of time I used it was worth the monthly cost. Now they have a rate for my style of use that is very affordable even if I choose not to use it every day or even every week. Staff is great -- they always have been at CAC. They have a lot of special programs so theres something for everyone and there are a lot of real gym-hounds that I see every time Im there. Definitely 5 star in my book.

Great gym,the equipment is super high end. The members are what make this place great! I would recommend this gym highly to anyone looking for the best free weights in town and super fun classes. Hands down best gym in town. With the best people! The owners especially are amazing. Probly why they have stayed in bussniees for almost 40years.

Their billing department ripped me off. I have been trying to cancle for months nowand they wont reverse my charges except for one. they will milk you of every penny you own stay clear if you actually need money to pay your bills because I no longer have enough.

Been a member for years now. Old building hasnt always been the greatest but thats about to change with the new building I guess. Best part of the Courthouse is their staff. Great people. Lots of fun. Cant wait for new location.

Ive been going there for seven years and throughout that time the staff has been friendly and supportive, they have great Spinn and class instruction, personal training rocks, and it definitely feels like home!

Its a good facility. With good classes. But its pretty much no frills otherwise. And their wireless network is pretty much DOA when there are more than 10 patrons in the club. You get what you pay for.
