One of the best things about working out at this crossfit is the environment. All the instructors and staff are friendly, helpful and more than willing to share their expertise. I never felt intimated or uncomfortable. It is inspiring to see people work so hard to reach their personal goals. Its one of the reasons I like coming here. Ive lost about 25 pounds and my body fat has gone down. I truly appreciate everyone at Crossfit Anywhere Folsom and what they have done for me. Thank you!! Krishna

Great gym with fantastic staff and members. The workouts are challenging, and the coaches are more than happy to scale the workouts to something youre capable of while still keeping it challenging. The members (and coaches) Ive interacted with have always been super friendly and make you feel welcomed. The gym itself has a great selection of apparatus for a CrossFit gym.
