Paul is the man! Super kind and knows Honda models well. Treated me like I was a friend. He helped me avoid buying an Honda Element by noticing a noise in the back and talkIng through the typical engine life. I am 24 from NC and new to the area - Im glad to find a mechanic Im sure I can trust. The woman at the front desk is very sweet as well - great service.

Very nice mechanic. I went there planning to buy a truck off Craig list and asked if he could take a look at it before I purchased the truck. He gave it an inspection and was very helpful as if it were his hard earned dollar that was going to buy the truck. He then said the inspection was free of charge. I would definitely recommend going here.

Owner Paul Li runs a good, clean shop in an improving area of Bay Point, CA. I depend on him to service both of my family vehicles. He will refer me to the dealer when he has to, but usually is able to do the needed repairs himself and for a much better price. Their well maintained building and grounds is an asset to our community.

I started coming to these people when they first opened. Very polite, honest, hardworking Americans. Ive seen many businesses in that area set up shop just to go out of business within a couple years. Im so pleased to see that theyve managed to keep their doors open. It just goes to show you the quality of service they provide.

Im an old wise guy, 66 years old, have visited many dealers, and mom and pop shops. I can not find a more honest mechanic in the San Francisco Bay Area. And his estimates and costs are almost 20 to 50 % lower than dealers cost, because their shop do not have overhead costs like the dealer.

I took a car to another shop they wanted to charge me $700 just to find out what was wrong. Brought it to reliance and they found the problem and it turned out to cost around $100 to fix!! Ever since then we always service our cars at reliance and are always happy with the results.

Ive been coming here for as long as remember. He used to have his shop in Concord. Paul will always tell you straight up whats wrong with your car and not try to up sale a repair that you dont need. Great shop and great people.

He checked out my car and didnt charge me, told me what was wrong and that it would be cheaper if I took it to the insurance companies shop and had all the repairs done at the same time.
