Bad service that is WAY Overpriced. I noticed that the valve stem on one tire was leaking, and this shop was the closest. My neighbor advised me against this shop due to their prices and service, but it was just a simple flat repair so I went with the convenience of being able to walk home. Boy was I wrong! $43 to replace the valve stem!!! But wait, theres more... The newly repaired tire lost all of its air that night. I filled it up and sprayed soapy water on it thinking that maybe I had another faulty valve stem. Nope! The tire was leaking from THREE different spots at the bead! Could they really have done that bad of a job and not bothered to wipe down the bead before reinstalling? Yup. I took pics and video and returned to the shop. Their response? My rims are probably rotting and they can re-repair the flat for ANOTHER $50!!!!! So thats $93 for a simple valve stem!!! No thank you. Ill take business elsewhere. Forever. My rims are NOT in bad shape, but if someone did take some old rims for repair, I would expect the shop to notice and mention it, or simply use some bead sealer for the original overpriced $43!

I went for a free brake inspection because my brakes were soft. They told me I needed a brake fluid flush and new rear brakes saying they were worn beyond specifications and that my tire pressure was low as they were having a special to get tires filled with nitrogen . I declined service. Then they lowered the price for just the brakes from $380 to $160. I stil declined. I went home and inspected them myself. I found almost no wear on the break shoes measuring with my calipers. Less than 20% wear! I checked the tire pressure and they too were reading at 35 pounds when they said they were <30. All I needed was a simple break adjustment. This store will rip you off at every chance they get. I previously went in there for another brake job on a different vehicle and left spending $800. As I needed the vehicle that weekend. Now I know that I got ripped off.

I made an appointment 5 days in advance at 0930 a.m. The rep ask if I will be dropping my car off and I told him that I would like to wait because I did not have a ride back home. When I arrived for my appt., the rep wanted me to leave my car all day. I told him that I needed to wait for it because I did not have a ride back and forth. He informed me that he still had cars from Saturday and he could not get to my car until the afternoon. I asked if I could make a new appt. (after driving 30 min. to get there) and he informed me that "no because he was a busy establishment and you need to leave it..." He treated me like he did not want my business (not trying to say my race had anything to do with it) so I left. A total waste of my time.

I used to work here in the past and i gotta say what Dan Reeves says is true. boy did it bother me that 8/10 brake jobs were completely unnecessary. They got so many people bending over backwards for things they dont need and the service writers wont even tell the customers what they do need because they are simply uneducated to a point that they dont even know what they are selling if its more than brakes tires, or struts. My name is Andy Coffer and I make very few reviews unless they are well deserved and honest and true, you can see how i didnt fit in well here. PS the technicians are cool guys but that make little to no difference since you the customer will only deal with the service writers or the manager.

Im not sure why I keep bringing my car here. Maybe its just the convenience of the location in relation to my home. Every time I go here they are overwhelmed. Even with an appointment made 2 weeks in advance, they wanted my car for the entire day for a simple oil change. The best they could do was reschedule me for the following week. I gave up and went to another local shop. When my wife brought her car there they kept calling and trying to upsell more work than was necessary. They didnt try to upsell me, so I can only assume they were trying to take advantage of a woman who doesnt know much about cars. Though they are not the only shop guilty of this practice...

Not an honest repair shop. Read the entire list of charges before you pay. They will add every little add on they can without telling you. The lady next to me came in with low air pressure, next thing I hear is her 3 year old car needs a full set of brake pads. Smh. They scared her into buying. Always ask to see the parts or take them home and have someone qualified look at the parts. They play hardball, be up on your negotiating skills. Also Rude and arrogant with a general lack of customer service.

Really bad place. Customer service is way worse. We asked them to put a specific tire on the specific place, but they were all misplaced, and the tires were not even aired properly. Even the stickers on the new tires werent removed. We were told that it will be done at 5:30pm but it actually took an hour longer. Such a waste of time and money. Supposed to have free checkups, but they didnt. This is definately not the place you want to get your car fixed.

I didnt even bother trying to get service here... As soon as I walked in the door and started asking about tire service to the gentleman at the front desk, an employee who was just sitting in the lobby watching TV started shouting prices at me while I was in the middle of trying to ask a question. Maybe he had tourettes, maybe he was just an idiot. Either way, it wasnt worth my time to walk through the door.

I needed four new tires for my Acura MDX. I booked the tire replacement appointment online and received a call first thing the next day. Ken went out of his way to get tires quickly from the warehouse so that I could have an earlier appointment. He drove me home and picked me up, and even provided a barbecue lunch for his patrons. Service was excellent.

My experience with part and service was fine but unsatisfactory at final bill time.....Without going into the details, I will say that when I contacted customer service, I was taken care of quite professionally and with good spirit...Thank you customer service, you made my day.

The people I dealt with were nice. They are not speedy by any stretch but they are nice. They had the tires I wanted in stock. I dropped off my Jeep and went back for it later. No issues.
