Steve the General Manager and Mr. Irfan Lead Expert and Owner are absolutely spectacular Professionals in their experience and ability and with their highly-skilled professional staff at Clayton Auto Service. I am an industrial controls and instrumentation engineer and work on outdated obsolete equipment all the time that is the most challenging experience that you can possibly imagine. Automotive models of cars, vehicles and trucks and so highly challenging and if not maybe perhaps more challenging than anything else due to all the variations with all these different models that are offered. The Clayton Auto Service Staff was able to immediately identify the problem with my car that had a Lean Fuel Mixture error codr indication showing multiple possibilities of malfunction. Clayton Auto Service immediately expedited to correct the problem and with wondrous ability had it completed in less than an hour and a half of time I was sure the bill would be up to $1,300 on this repair just from my experience of Automotive Repair and work. The Clayton Automotive Bill was less than $200 !!! Unbelievably onexpensive. They didnt even charge me for the actual labor that should have been charged or for the diagnostic engineering that should have been charged on top of that I just was absolutely amazed at the precise ability and experience to identify the correct cause if a split hose in the system. My car runs fantastic just as good as the day it rolled off the showroom floor. NOTE that MY 2003 Honda Accord is 13 Years Old. I cant possibly say enough THANK YOU or enough appreciative comments here on this post about what a wonderful organization and a Group of Professionals that this team here at Clayton Auto Service really are but I generally from the bottom of my heart want to say that I appreciate everything that theyve done for me and I will refer business to this organization as much as possible and I hope that you will feel the same in your experience here today. Called to ask about their services. Whoever answered the phone seemed annoyed. She was condescending and rude; obviously hates her job. Says a lot about their shop to me. Wish I could rate less than one star. Will take my car somewhere a bit further away with much higher ratings, with friendly, helpful people. Lifes too damn short to deal with horrible customer service.

I was sold when I overheard Irfan say to another customer, "Ill just fix it because its not safe for you to drive around like this. You can just pay me when you have the money. Your safety is more important than my money." Other than that they do quality work for a great price and they get it right the first time. You cant ask for more in a mechanic.

I asked for price on a pair of HID bulbs for Acura and installation. They said they couldnt verify what price was on parts or labor and that I should come in. I then asked if I come in can you give me price on parts. They said yes. Then I asked why cant I get price over phone - They hung up on me!!!!!
