All I needed was a diagnostic of my car since my engine light turn on and my appt. Was at 10am and the lady said it would only take 2 to 3 hrs. So its 3pm already and they close at 5pm so I call them to find out the guy is still working on it and apparently the guy found something wrong which usually cost $165 but he wouldnt charge us, but I feel like she said that so I would get mad. So she calls me at 4 to let me know they have to keep it overnight. So the next day came along and no call of my status that I had to call them back yet again around 3 and the person said my car has been done and just needed to be put in the system, supposedly there was a lot of cars being diagnosis which I think they were lying again and to top it off I didnt get my car that day I ended up getting it the next day. So I literally wait 3 days with no status updates and lets not forget it was only for a diagnostic not even fixing it yet. Only time they called was the 3rd day to let me know it was ready for pick up. At that point I didnt really care if they called or not I was gonna get it anyways. Never again take it here.

My car stopped for reasons unknown. Had it towed to Quality, they didnt do a diagnosis which they later said was refused which I didnt. They kept sending me to get parts that I would have to return later. FINALLY they put the parts on after 3 WEEKS only to tell me it wouldnt start. I asked if he charged the battery, of course he hadnt and it looked as if the idea hadnt even crossed his mind. The car still didnt start, so I called my friend to come talk to the mechanic and at the end of the conversation the mechanic declined to do a diagnosis which should have been done in the first place. Now my car still isnt fixed and I have it towed to another shop . WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN !!!

Got a timing belt and water pump replacement done. It came back with a broken inside door handle for some reason, a noticeable oil leak, and a new vibration in 1st (automatic) gear. The timing belt replacement itself relieved the most of the odd kicks when pressing the gas but the vibration is unsettling. They were the cheapest price for that operation around here. In retrospect, the price makes sense. Thats the "Quality" I get for not being rich enough to go to the dealership.

I wouldnt recommend going here... I brought my truck in cause because it was stuck in 1st gear. They called and said they couldnt do anything because there was a gas leak...(understandable) So I go to pick it up and they said I owed them 90 dollars for a diagnoses... So I called them shady and the dumb blonde behind the counter got one of the mechanics and he called the cops on me.

im Mike at Quality really helped me. Our Subaru broke down in Pittsburg, and from Dublin, so I didnt know anyone and trusted the comments others have placed here. Good call! Mike worked hard and was honest and genuinely concerned about getting us going. Im taking it all the way there to have more work done, even though its 35 miles from home!

Had my breaks done and some kid that was working on my break didnt tighten the lug nuts. 8 hours later my wheel popped off my car having to drive a short distance on my rotters, out of the way of on coming traffic. Also they lost the remote to my car (some one did and wont admit it, saying they never got it)
