I cant believe I went back... There I was, in a drive thru car wash before heading to work... And what happened, water began to gush into my car from the door that was "repaired" by this location. This never happened before, so I felt that I should reach out to Service King customer service to see if maybe I could go to a different location because I really didnt want to come back to this one. I was connected to the District Manager who offered to send me to a different location but he reassured me that coming back to this one would be an amazing experience... He was nice, friendly, and I believed him... Sadly, that wasnt the case. I returned here early on a Friday morning (a few days later than I promised originally but I communicated this) which Karen the lady at the front desk promised would be the best time to come in. Arrived at 810ish AM and was told that Jason (the general manager, who I was promised would help me himself) would come out. Lets just say, that I still dont know what Jason looks like. I waited for about 45 minutes with the promise that he would be out soon after 8:10. Finally, I asked "Would I be able to come back different day?" As I had other errands to attend to. Well, Karen went to the back to let them know what I requested. She came back and said he was coming so I was definitely surprised when a lady named Diane came to the door and called me to my car in the most frustrated tone. Okay, its a busy day... I understand... I did ask if I could come back a later date. She was not at all empathic and sounded like she was just trying to get me out of there... I explained the issues and she said explained theyd call me when they had information. Around noon, I called because I hadnt heard from them yet. I spoke to James on the phone who also wasnt dismissive... Basically he told me the issue wasnt part of the repair and the weather seals were worn out. I understood that but before I could even ask how much it would cost to replace he said he wouldnt eat the cost of it unless it was less than $20 in a rude voice suggesting hes not responsible. I didnt expect that but politely asked him for a quote. He said hed call me back with the quote and he didnt call me back. Mind you, he didnt even touch the second issue which definitely was part of the original repair... Theres still a loud cracking noise when I put down my back window... But forget it... This place is still the same... The service isnt better... The people dont care about customer service nor the experience they deliver.

My first experience with Service Kings was on the repair of my wifes 2011 Elantra. They did an amazing job on fixing the side paneling that was damaged from a fender bender. So when I was hit by a flying object while driving my 2010 Malibu I didnt hesitate to return. Angel and Lesley did an amazing job of explaining what was fixed and even went as far as to show me the damaged parts they replaced. When I first saw my car after repairs it looked like it did the day I purchased it!! They even gave it a quality detail to make it shine and make this experience overall a really good one. If you are looking for a quality shop with honest employees call Angel at Service King he will take care of you.

The team at Gregs worked on my rear bumper only, however, when I picked up my car, a part was missing inside the car. I talked to Mike the Production Manager to let him know what had happened. He was very rude and unhelpul. He told me they handt even touched that section of the car. Days after he texted me to tell me they were gonna replace the missing part. They never opologize nor explained to me how the part when missing. Do not take your car here! This is not a reliable place and honesty is just not their best quality.

Awesome, FAST, convenient! I needed a taillight replaced and my rear bumper panel straightened on a new SUV. I came in on a Monday and by Wednesday the truck was as good as new! I have 5 kids and had to bring them with me for the repair :0. The toys, snacks and drinks in the lobby were a great diversion AND I was out of there in under an hour. My husband was upset about the truck, but happy it was fixed for a reasonable price so quickly! Thanks, Gregs! Highly recommended...and very easy to find.

This place takes a massive amount of shortcuts, these guys cant seem to do anything right. I had to take back my car the total of 8 times and for some reason its falling apart no where near where my "minor" collision was. The paint job was not done very well it started to bubble and fall apart only a year from the job. The insurance company agreed to let me take it some where else. and talk about rude service.

It is so hard to find Customer Friendly oriented business now days. Not only did I find that at Greg’s Collision. The quality of the team at Greg’s is Superior, I was told my truck would look like a new truck and it did. A friend referred me to Greg’s and I was a little hesitant at first based on how far it was from my home, It was defiantly worth the drive. Thank you Team Greg’s Collision! Anthony

I ran I to an unexpected damage on my vehicle and the first shop I thought about was service king. This will be the second time I go back for their services. They make any insurance claim less of a hassle. They are constantly sending you updates about your vehicle and repairs. The team also has great costumer service which is always a plus.

About a year ago I took my car to Gregs and it was totalled out. Then recently just crashed my new car and they estimated 2weeks for it to be completed Greg was very professional not to mention two days after taking my new car to Gregs my other car gets hit n ran now I have two cars at Gregs and I wouldnt want them anywhere else.

I was referred to Gregs from a co-worker..She could not stop bragging about her awesome looking paint job. Had to go out to the parking lot to see for myself.... Shes RIGHT... could see my reflection just like a mirror. Well now there are two of us taking walks to the parking lot to show off our cars. THANKS GREGS!!!

Took my car in for repairs that needed my bumper removed. They ended up breaking my horn by pulling the bumper without disconnecting anything from it and than removing the fuse so that i wouldnt know that the horn was not working. Shady place that i would not recommend.

Sally the receptionist was very accommodating. I called in on a Saturday morning and the schedule for the day was booked. She still managed to squeeze me in for a damage estimate. Alex, my service writer was very helpful as well. Thank you Gregs Collision Center.

Terrible service! They left my car in terrible condition and didnt fix everything they were supposed to! When I brought my car back they refused to service my car saying it was like that before. I hate when people lie. GREGS is full of ignorant liars!
