Back in 2006, I had my Chevy S-10 lowered with Toxic lowered shocks, Eibach coil springs in the front and Ground Force 4" drop aluminum blocks in the back. I had to replace the original springs, so why not spend a little extra for the drop. I didnt want to go too low, because I would have to be very mindful of speedbumps and driveways. But, just enough to give my truck a sleek look. Having a lowered vehicle, its absolutely necessary to have periodic wheel alignments done to enhance the life of my tires and improve driving comfort. I opted for Firestones lifetime alignment deal back then because it would literally pay for itself within 2 alignments. Made an appointment for 2pm, was told would be done in an hour. I arrived, handed over my keys and was asked if I wanted a courtesy check. I gave the go ahead and helped myself to coffee and watched Dr. Oz on the boob tube. Urine isnt the solution for a jellyfish sting, after all. Who knew? This location recently went through a remodel and is now more aesthetically pleasing. The coffee was good, considering its free, and in approximately 1 hour, my truck was ready to go. Okay, here comes the courtesy check results. Im already expecting to hear- Your brake fluid needs to be flushed You need new brake pads Your radiator is leaking Your shocks need to be replaced Youre too fat You need a shave Why arent you married by now? But, hark! What do we have here? Everything is good? Nothing needs replacing? Nothing needs to be fixed? Oh joy! So, my truck was serviced by the estimated time. I helped myself to about 4 cups of decent coffee and I enjoyed some TV while cooling out in some heavenly A/C. Well done, Firestone! Its a no-brainer to say that Ill be back, since I have my lifetime alignment warranty for the life of my truck. To pass the time, customers can shop across the street at Target or head out to the mall while waiting. Recommend!

Worst ever oil change place. I had been doing my car services for over 2 yrs with these guys after my warranty with toyota care had expired. I had some transmission issues on a 2013 toyota rav4 with 75k miles(thats unbelieveable) so i went to a different transmission repair shop to see whats up as firestones dont fix transmission problems. The transmission repair shop told me there was not even a drop of transmission fluid in my car and asked me who is my regular oil change guy. Luckily they fixed it and recommended not to go to my previous oil change services. My car almost got messed up. On top of that firsetone at this location tends to sell their product and rip you off on the price than to provide you better services. Also some employees are freaking rude. I would honestly and highly not recommend others to go to this place to get your oil change or other services.

I got a flat after church today. My boyfriend Tony suggested I get new tires and charge them on his Firestone card. We came here since it was on our way home. The 2 associates were on the telephone when we walked in so we patiently waited. The younger of the two got off the phone and did not acknowledge us at all. Instead got some paperwork and walked towards the service door. The other one was still on the phone. We decided to walk out. We came home and Tony decided to take it to Huntington Park where he was quickly serviced and they made a sale. This is the first time I have ever posted or rated any business; but truly the service was very poor. Neither one of the associates acknowledged us. A simple "well be right with you" would have sufficed.

i have an 03 dodge srt4 and to be honest I know my car is hard to work on and find parts for however I shouldnt be telling the mechanic how to fix it! I dont even have enough fingers to count how many mistakes and f@℃k up he did and it made a bad impression on the whole company but other then that Henry at the desk was very cool and down to earth when it came to helping me out, and Gina could tell that I was really fed up so she refunded some of my money back. all and all I will still go there but I will be asking if a different mechanic will work on my baby

I went there to have my ac checked, i have an appointment at 11am, and the lady told me that she will call after two hours, I never receive a call so I called them up to follow up on the status of my car and the lady said they havent yet diagnosed the car yet. I gave them another two hours or more, and nothing yet had been done to my car, gosh it a simple diagnosis on the AC and they did nothing. I went back to this location in Cerritos asked for my keys and drove my car home. Its totally a waste of time going here! I will never recommend it to my friends!

I dont recommended this shop..this shop is a joke discrimination (Gutierrez) the manager or service advisor will lure you to fixs something that is not broken just to make you spend more money..I had a lifetime wheels alignment since I was living in Nor-Cal when I brought my car after 3 hrs He told me there a problem with my bushings He doesnt know that I have knowledge of car repairs I was former Midas employee waste of my time .....I just want then to align my car because of my lifetime warranty what is so hard about that

I had a good experience at this firestone.i showed up at 630 in the morning and waited untill they opened at 7 so i could be in/out quickly and avoid other customers as i have ptsd.the guys there were very professional.they opened the shop at 7 sharp.installed a set of tires on my car and had me out of there in about half an hour.very efficient.very fast.very professional.i was very pleased by the service offered at this shop.not to mention my tires are great

They went above and beyond anything Ive seen to help my friend. For the price of an oil change, they repaired a huge oil leak that was caused by a faulty 3rd party digital oil pressure gauge. Even my local mechanic wouldve charged more. It required the removal of some broken brass threads and reinstallation of the OEM oil pressure sensor. All for around twenty bucks.

Worst service. They never deliver the vehicle on time. They tell you one time and deliver 2+ hours later. For me, they never ordered my replacement tire in the first place and had to call in myself several days later after their stated delivery to ask for a status. They had to run out and find the tire that same day. Youre better off going elsewhere.

Despite having an appointment they didnt even start working on my car until I waited 2 and a half hours. I understand being busy but if you cannot handle the volume stop taking in more customers so you can meet your commitments. If they told me up front to come back. I could have ran errands and came back instead of missing out on my other plans.
