Took my $890 dollar suit there for its very first dry cleaning. The suit had only been worn 3 times and was in perfect condition. I had an event coming up the next week so after talking to them I thought it would be taken care of and returned with enough time. A few days later I go the suit with a line of holes across the shoulder and lapel. I mean a straight line you could use a level on and could only be made by a machine. After confronting them and expecting them to take full responsibly for it they said it was moth problems. So let me get this straight I had moth problems but it took them cleaning it to find out. And these moths are engineers as they only work in straight lines. I was pretty outraged and the fact that they couldnt even offer my half of what I paid, not even a quarter of its worth was even more troubling. I left there with $90 to buy a new $890 suit. Oh and my other shirts I took to them were also not cleaned at all but at that point I just threw my hands up in defeat and said of course. My advice is dont take anything you cant afford to be damaged. Expensive lesson learned.

Ive only been here once, but they are very nice, affordable, and quick! Bonus points for being walking-distance from my house. Extra bonus points for being open until 7pm so I can come by after work! :-)
