After looking at reviews from other businesses, this place stood out as exceptional. There were a few negs but you have to expect that not everyone is going to be completely satisfied. As a business owner myself, I understand how difficult it is to satisfy everyone all the time 100% of the time. If you have an article of clothing that is so important to you either financially or sentimentally, either insure it or hand wash it, or take the risk that mistakes and mechanical malfunction are a reality. Dogging this or any other business for normal occasional (and from what Ive seen they have been extremely rare) losses is ludicrous. Now for the meat and potatoes. I was in a bind. They stood out. I dropped my clothes off on Saturday with the hopes of getting it back by Wednesday at the latest. I was informed I could pick them up as early as Tuesday night. I asked for medium starch, the owner looked at my clothes and recommend that I only use light starch. I let him know how particular I am about having sharp lines in my creases, and he assured me not to worry, hed take car of me. Fast forward to Tuesday evening, I picked up my shirts and pants. I couldnt wait to get back to my hotel to change into one of the freshly pressed shirts! I could have cut my steak that evening with the press in the sleeves. Ive never had sharper looking clothes. EVER. It is almost worth the 110 mile drive every weekend to drive to Oakland just to have Ideal Cleaners dry clean and press my garments for work. I certainly will use them before any conferences or major meetings. There ability to make me look sharper cant be understated. I highly recommend Ideal. Fast, friendly, reasonably priced, and I dont believe their quality can be matched. To top it off, they actually carried my clothes out to my car for me. Now thats Ideal service!

I tried to drop off 4 items to be cleaned and was told by the OWNER In so many words that I may not could afford to have my clothes cleaned there, and to where I been patronizing. Mind you I just got off from a volunteer assignnent and have been a customer before. Its been over a year or so since I been there but so what.
