I cannot rate them low enough. First of all, they are utterly unfriendly. Thats ok, I dont need my dry cleaners to be my best friends provided they do a good job. Negative on that as well. Just picked up my 4th load from them. Each time they miss spots and do not tell me about them. Fine. But this time, the stitching came out of my pant leg while they were washing it. They obviously noticed it because they put 2 safety pins in and called it good. They didnt mention it to me at all. I suited up at work, and looky there! One pant leg is 2 inches longer than the other, and there are some pins ripping away at some new holes, and there are spots on my dress shirt. When I called the manager, Brian (I use his name because he refused to give me his last name in his asinine attempt at anonymity), he said, "We dont do that. We never do that.", as if I wanted to waste my day complaining to a dry cleaner. He took no responsibility for anything, and he said that since the garments had left the premises there is no way to tell what happened when. Crappy job, bad attitude, overpriced, and horrible customer service. Never, ever go there.

This cleaners is conveniently located by CalTrain. Its pricier than other places and has a long turnaround time, but the quality is worth it. They can also do alterations. All in all its a good option if youre in no rush to get your clothes back.

As usual ...hacks in the neighborhood are out to get this place. They are great. Go in and try your luck. You wont be disappointed, They are kind, vigilant, reliable, dependable and responsible folks.
