The place where the the woman is at the counter is not very friendly and she doesnt like to answer questions the gentleman that works there its very friendly and answers all your questions and concerns about alterations and dry cleaning. And they are a little bit expensive

very friendly owner and they go above and beyond if youre running late and if they are able to stay open for you. but again they can say no if they need to close so it really depends on the day
