1.) They do Not value their customers. After being a regular customer for over 2 years, really felt like they were trying to take advantage of me and the owner did Not Care that he could lose a regular customer. I really felt like they were gouging me when I brought 3 scarves that had no stains just simply needed some freshening up and to be pressed. They charged me $8-$9 per Scarf and when I complained the owner said they were expensive scarves and didnt think the amt they charged was unreasonable. The scarves in fact were $12.00 scarves, and the Owner made No Attempt what so ever to try appease a loyal customer like myself. 2.) Lastly, 1 shirt they returned to me saying they could not get the stain out, I was able to get the stain Out MYSELF by simply soaking the the shirt in Cold water for at least a day or more and by spotting the stain with liquid laundry detergent Along with a good amount of White King brand water softener which you can by for $4 at Fred Meyers.

Filed on : December 11 2014 I just Filed a complaint against Kenmore Cleaners to the BBB. Complaint Description: Took my clothes to the cleaners this summer, forgot to pick them up on time. When I picked them up, my clothes were chemically burned. I brought it to their attention that my clothes were ruined, the owner threatened to give my clothing to the good will for causing "trouble". He charged me $44.00 for a few pieces of clothing, three pieces were ruined. He didnt deduct for the clothing that are now worthless, threatening to give all my clothing to good will, nor did he offer to refund me for the clothing that he destroyed. No apology and no responsibility, just threats.

I went here because I needed 2 dress shirts dry cleaned. On the sign it says "Same Day Service" and 1 hour dry cleaning. NOT THE CASE. I dropped them off early on Wednesday, and they said they wont even be done until FRIDAY! Im very disappointed, the service was horrible, slow, and EXPENSIVE!!! it cost $10 just for 2 shirts, and I didnt even get them back in time! The person working there sucked, he couldnt answer my questions and even struggled to enter in my name.... I wish I could give 0 stars

I recently relocated to the area and use them to launder and starch my work uniforms. Always done in a timely and curteous manner for about eight months now. Just wish they stayed open longer. Nice folks. @Brian: A real dress shirt costs over $350.00. Wash all of your Wal-Mart shirts at home. Grow up! @Lisa: Curious why you still left your garments when they said they couldnt do it in time?
