A while back I got tired of ironing my dress shirts and decided to start taking them in to be cleaned and pressed. JC is near my house so I decided to give them a try. I brought in 10 shirts and three of them looked like they pressed the shirt with the buttons underneath. I brought them back in and after they repressed it a few days later the shirts looked fine. The rest of the shirts really werent done very well, wrinkles on the sides and that kind of thing, but wearable. I decided to give them a second chance. This time I brought in 12 shirts. The quality of the press was the same and this time 5 of the shirts had the button marks and really bad creases like they hadnt flattened out the shirt. This time he refunded me the cost of the service on the 5 shirts saying he couldnt do them. The only thing different about these shirts is that they are size 18-36, which is a standard size, though near the large end.

Been there twice to have my shirts cleaned. In both cases the pressing is terrible. Something about the cut of my Ralph Lauren Polo brand dress shirt not fitting his automatic pressing machine. Backside of shirts full of massive wrinkles. They did give me a refund and an apology. Told me he could hand press for $4.00/shirt. No, I dont think so. Need to find another cleaners.

Received my dress back with two giant ripped holes through the dress. They said they put chemicals to remove the stains, but they didnt know the material of the dress. Nothing should have been put on the dress if you dont know what type of material it is. They gave me store credit, but will never return to this Cleaners. The dress is no longer wearable.

They work on my dresses, and return with no messes. :)
