I brought in a $200 jacket and they told me it would take 4 days to clean. I picked it up the day before a huge company dinner only to find out there was an additional stain on the jacket and they broke one of the buttons. They offered to reclean it, but after another week of cleaning they said they couldnt get any of the dirt out I brought it in for. Their best advise was to launder the dry clean ONLY jacket. No offer of a refund, discount, or any trace of customer service.

I am very pleased with the hem job on my new Miss Me jeans. The jeans have large, sparkly thread, and they matched it perfectly! Literally looks like they were never hemmed. Dry cleaning is also great, weve used it at least every year for my dressage (horse show) jacket and have never had any issues. Definitely would recommend!

took my pant for alteration. I was in hurry but she made it for my big day. The lady was nice and did great job. She told me that nearly everything is done on site. No wonder she could have it dont that quick! thank you! You saved my day!
